The Clinical Application Of Tendons Theory Based On Modern Literature Research

Significance:The tendons therapy is an important part of meridian theory and has a vital significance to TCM clinical.This research will provide guiding for clinical by sorting out modern literature on the reinforcement theory and clinical system?Method: To sarch the datebase of CNKI and CPVIP bu the means of computer-based retrieval and screen the retrieved passages,then classified and studied.Result: After screening and statistic,there are 1187 references in total reserves,of which 913 clinical application reports and 262 for theory reports.There are 78 diseases in those reports,37 involved in internal medicine diseases and 8 in surgical diseases,30 in orthopaedics diseases,2 in ophthalmological diseases,3 in pediatric diseases;There are 6 Treatments,include acupuncture,moxibustion,cupping therapy,acupuncture point attach,stone needle and scrapping;There are 16 tools appeared in the literature,include small needle-knife,fire needle,needle,needle slotted and so on;There are 23 kinds of acupuncture manipulation include row acupuncture,penetration needling,triple puncture,dynatic thorn and so on.Conclusion: The reports of tendons treatment is given priority to clinical reports.The tendons treatment is mainly used in the treatment of surgery,internal medicine,orthopedics diseases.Filiform needle acupuncture treatment is given priority to the clinic.Theory of literature is less,and their views to tendons theory have the characteristics of diversification.The theory of literature is less,the understanding of the reinforcement theory presents several theories exist side by side.
