Analysis Of The Current Situation And Satisfaction Of The New Rural Cooperative Medical System In The Ethnic Minority Region

Currently,our country is in the transition period of implementing the basic medical insurance system for urban and rural residents,the combination of the new rural cooperative medical system(NRCMS) and town residents medical insurance system(TRMIS) is a gradual process.At the same time, it is helpful to promote the integration of the NRCMS.Ethnic areas as a long-term focus of China's government policy,studying the implementation of the old system has a great significance to the implementation of the new system.The institutional objects have the right to comment on the quality of policy implementation,that is, rural residents.Therefore, based on the case study of Tongdao County in Hunan Province,this paper studies the factors that affect the satisfaction of residents in the new rural cooperative medical system to provide countermeasures and suggestions to promote basic medical insurance system.This study is based on Customer satisfaction theory and Motivator-Hygiene theory,and the questionnaire survey was conducted in Tongdao Autonomous County.Through the survey found that the implementation of the new rural cooperative medical situation is better, higher proportion of medical reimbursement, medical and health conditions have been improved.But there also exists many problems,for example, the price of drug and treatment becomes more and more expensive,and the drug reimbursement is limited,and medical resources in rural areas are not balanced.Through used the multivariate ordinal logistic regression analysis to analyze the relationship between the index and satisfaction degree from four aspects,the environment, the current situation of medical treatment, the subjective feelings of the inhabitants and the satisfaction of the residents in all aspects of the new rural cooperative medical system,finding that there are five indicators of significant correlations between the 30 indicators.Finally, putting forward some suggestions for related aspects that the government should reveal all the details, to promote the employment of residents social security strictly implement, to improve health standards, to pay attention to the development of national medical attention,to reimbursement of common diseases.At the same time, medical institutions should pay attention to prevention function and non-profit. Residents also have to change the medical concept, only in this way can we better realize the reform of rural medical insurance in minority areas.
