The Clinical Research On Post-Infectious Cough Treated By Qingfei Huatan Decoction And The Effect To T Lymphocyte

Objective:To observe the Qingfei Huatan decoction in the treatment of post-infectious cough (syndrome of wind-dryness impairing lung) in patients with clinical symptoms and signs of improvement and the impact on Peripheral T lymphocyte CD3+,CD4 +,CD8+ subsets,an objective evaluation of its clinical efficacy.Methods:Selected post-infectious cough (syndrome of wind-dryness impairing lung) 62cases of patients, the use of randomized, single-blind control method, divided into experimental group (31 cases) and control group (31 cases). Treatment group were given oral decoction Qingzaojiufei heat treatment, the control group were given Suhuang Zhike capsule in the treatment of cough. Before and after treatment were observed in patients with symptoms and signs of improvement and Peripheral T lymphocyte CD3+,CD4+,CD8 +subsets levels.Results:1.Qingfei Huatan granules in the treatment of post-infectious cough significant clinical efficacy is significant, of which the total effective rate was 93.55%, control rate was 61.29%2.Qingfei Huatan granules of post-infectious cough rough cough, expectoration, sputum color quality sputum, cough speak in a gruff voice, dry mouth, constipation,significantly improve, especially for cough to improve the situation is better than the control group (P<0.05). Onset time was for the 2.84±0.898days, Remission time was for the 4.75±0.856 days.3.Qingfei Huatan decoction can reduce post-infectious cough in patients with CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ levels significantly lower than before treatment, the difference was significant (P<0.05)Conclusion:1.Qingfei Huatan decoction can be effective in improving post-infectious cough in patients with symptoms and signs.2.Qingfei Huatan decoction can reduce post-infectious cough in patients with IL-8 levels.3.Qingfei Huatan decoction has a significant clinical efficacy with no adverse reactions...
