[Objectives]To observe influence of therapeutid treatment based on Minkejian in patients with Cough Variant Asthma in airway non-adrenergic/non-cholinergic Inflammation in order to evaluate life quality.[Methods]1. One hundred and sixty-one patients with CVA. diagnosed as yin deficiency Lung dryness syndrome according to TCM theories were randomly divided into the test group and control group. The treatment group was treated with minkejian.and the control group was treated with procaterol hydrochloride. Both groups were treated for4weeks. the changes of CRS and the score of Leicester Cough Questionnaire were observed before and after treatment. To observe influence of therapeutid treatment based on Minkejian to evaluate life quality in patients with CVA.2. One hundred and sixty-one patients with CVA. diagnosed as yin deficiency Lung dryness syndrome according to TCM theories were randomly divided into the test group and control group. The treatment group was treated with minkejian. and the control group was treated with procaterol hydrochloride. Both groups were treated for4weeks. the changes of SP and NKA in blood plasma and induced sputum were observed before and after treatment. and also IFN-γã€TNF-αã€IL-4ã€IL-5in blood plasma and induced sputum were observed before and after treatment[Results]1. Compared with the Result before treatment. the scores of LCQ in Both two groups were increased after treatment (P<0.05). And scores in the test group can be increased significantly (in psychological region/Physiological regions/Social region/total scores) greater than the control group, with statistical significance. 2. Compared with the Result before treatment. CRS of the treatment group was decreased after4weeks treatment (P<0.05).While the change of CRS in control group had no statistical significance(P>0.05). Compared with the Result before treatment.3. Compared with the Result before treatment. SP and NKA in blood plasma in both group was decreased after4weeks treatment (P<0.05). While the change of SP and NKA in blood plasma decreased significantly greater than the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.01). Compared with the Result before treatment. SP in induced sputum in treatment groups were decreased after treatment (P<0.05).While the change of sp in induced sputum in control group had no statistical significance(P>0.05).[Conclusions]1.To compare the scores of LCQ in Both two groups. scores in the test group can be increased significantly (in psychological region/Physiological regions/Social region/total scores) greater than the control group, with statistical significance.2. Compared with the Result before treatment. CRS of the treatment group was decreased after4weeks treatment (P<0.05). As a way to adjust the Airway NANC inflammation, It is the method which worth a further study.3. Minkejian can decreased patients with CVA on CRS to remission of cough symptoms And improve life quality. minkejian can decreased patients with neuro-mediator in both blood plasma and induced sputum to control the airway non-adrenergic/non-cholinergic inflammation... |
