With the development of social economy and the improvement of quality of life,people pay more and more attention to their own health and medical care.Military hospitals open to the community,the influx of local patients,so that military hospitals become an important national health force.At the same time,market-oriented management of human resources management to the hospital has brought new issues nowadays,the military top three hospitals in health and technical personnel,non-active appointment system accounted for 80% of these non-active employment personnel in medical services Quality,protection of public health and life,and even social stability and harmonious development are playing an increasingly important role.According to the China Job Burnout Index released by the China Human Resources Development Network,the burnout index of the 15 industries was lower than that of the civil servants,and the number of teachers and logistics personnel was the fourth.Because of the particularity of the medical profession,it is necessary to have a higher education level,to serve the patients with physical and mental defects,and to bear great mental stress under the tension of doctor-patient relationship,which makes the people in the medical industry more and more prone to produce Burnout.This will not only affect the enthusiasm of the medical staff work,affect their physical and mental health,medical staff job satisfaction,retention intention there is a negative effect.Therefore,it is important to study the occupational burnout and influencing factors of employed health workers in military hospitals,which is of great theoretical significance in military human resources management,such as personnel stimulation and retention of talents.It is important to provide high quality medical service and protect public health.Practical significance.Taking the health workers of Henan Provincial Corps Hospital as the research object,this paper combines the relevant literatures of job burnout to formulate the questionnaire,and the statistical analysis of the obtained data,draw the following conclusions:(1)In Henan Province Corps Hospital of Henan Province,the number of employed health technicians in Henan Armed Police Corps Hospital The level of education,years of work,job type and job title are demographic variables that are significantly correlated with the burnout of health technicians employed by the Armed Police Corps Hospital of Henan Province;(2)The age,sex,and social status of Henan province corps were significantly lower than those of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:(3)The gender and work place are not demographic variables which are significantly related to the burnout of the medical technicians employed by Henan Armed Police Corps Hospital;(4)The patient's expectation is too high and the negative impact of the policy is related to individual character and vocational skill And achievement sense of achievement,job achievement on the career impact and low degree of interaction with a sense of predictability of job burnout,the final paper based on the findings from the individual level,organizational level and social level to improve the Armed Police Corps Hospital of Henan Province,employment of health technical personnel occupation Suggestions on Burnout.
