Objectives:Based on the research of job satisfaction of country family planning health technical personnel in Anhui,study the status of job satisfaction,explore the influencing factors of job satisfaction,research the feasible measures for improving the job satisfaction,make control plan for the influencing factors.Methods:Through the review of the document, the research project and questionnaire of the job satisfaction of family planning health technical personnel was formulated. Collecting the data by field investigation, including two steps: firstly, investgating 153 technical personnel in training class for country family planning service technical personnel from Anhui, gaining 132 effective questionnaires (including:93 county and 39 country ). The response rate is 88.2℅. Secondly, randomly selecting 62 technical personnel as samples from the middle, the noreh, the south of Anhui, gaining 44 effective questionnaires. The response rate is 77.9℅.Using the"Job Satisfaction Survey"of Dr. Spector.P.E. After that ,setting-up the database by Epidata3.0 software and sampling data are analyzed with descriptive statistics, T-test, one-way AVONA and linear regression analysis methods with the help of SPSS software.Results:①the tatal job satisfaction of family planning technical personnel is not high, the average score is 2.92±1.482;the satisfaction of coworker is highest, but the promotion is lowest②the T-test found that sexuality(t=-2.061,P=0.046)was potential influencing factor of the nature of work job satisfaction ; operation mechanism was potential influencing factor of job satisfaction of the work's natur(et=-2.683,P=0.008),benifits(t=-2.785,P=0.006),communication(t=-2.024,P=0.044);the work time(t=3.914,P=0.000)was potential influencing factor of the nature of work job satisfaction.③According to the one-way AVONA:age, degree of education, engagement, experience were potential influencing factors of job satisfaction for income, promotion, the nature of work, coworker dimensions.④according to the Linear regression analysis: workflow (B=-2.229,P=0.027), the nature of work(B=8.817,P=0.000), degree of education (B=6.297,P=0.000)were the potential influencing factors of job satisfaction ;work tim(eB=-0.211,P=0.005),monthly average income(B=0.274,P=0.004), professional title(B=-0.256,P=0.006)were the potential influencing factors of income's satisfaction; professional title(middle)(B=-2.122,P=0.035)and professional title(high)(B=-2.414,P=0.017)were the potential influencing factors of promotion's satisfaction; experience(B=0.336,P=0.035), monthly average income (B=-0.125,P=0.030)were the potential influencing factors of supervision's satisfaction ; professional title(B=-1.840,P=0.033)was the potential influencing factor of benifit's satisfaction ; monthly average income (B=0.191,P=0.001)was the potential influencing factor of reward's satisfaction ; professional title(B=0.279,P=0.044)was the potential influencing factor of coworker's satisfaction ; degree of education (college diploma)(B=0.193,P=0.001), degree of education (university diploma)(B=13.037,P=0.000),majority(B=-2.041,P=0.043),experience(high)(B=-2.422,P=0.017)were the potential influencing factors of work's nature satisfaction ; ag(eB=2.555,P=0.012), degree of education(B=4.659,P=0.000)were the potential influencing factors of communication satisfaction.Conclusions:①the job satisfaction of family planning technical personnel is influenced by intricate factors;②it is a feasible way to raise the degree of job satisfaction by raising the income satisfaction, balancing the equity and effect;③to enrich the job content, optimize the work environment and provide the change of promotion, which were the feasible ways to raise the degree of job satisfaction;④enhancing the construction of organization's culture, and developing the loyalty of the people who have high degree of education or high professional title are the basic measures;⑤gaining the support of policy to create well system environment ,and setting-up the dynamic regulating mechanism is necessary.
