Objective:Contrast in the treatment of adult inguinal hernia without tension repair, the choice of transverse incision and traditional oblique incision two incision postoperative efficacy, including incision length, duration of surgery, intraoperative blood loss, bedtime, postoperative hospital stay, incision Infection, scrotal edema, recurrence rate, postoperative day 1 pain, pain on discharge day, postoperative pain in March, postoperative pain in June and other common postoperative evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of indicators. Methods:This study was a prospective study of 376 patients with adult inguinal hernia who underwent surgery from January,2015 to June,2016,at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University, all patients Of the inguinal hernia repair methods are the current mainstream of the peritoneal space without tension repair, the choice of UHS biological patch(ULTRAPRO Hernia System super general hernia repair device, the United States Johnson & Johnson),according to group conditions with a single blind method randomized patients(Group A)and conventional oblique incision group(group B).Among them,191 cases were selected from transverse incision and185 cases were selected. The length of skin incision in the AB group of patients, the time of surgery, the amount of intraoperative blood loss, the time of getting out of bed,the time of hospitalization, incision infection, scrotal edema, recurrence rate, pain on day 1,After March pain, postoperative pain in June were compared. Results:The incidence of incision, duration of operation, intraoperative blood loss, incision infection, scrotal edema, recurrence rate, postoperative pain in March, postoperative pain in June, transverse incision group(group A)and conventionaloblique incision group(B Group)had no significant difference(P> 0.05).(Group A)was shorter than that of the conventional oblique incision group(group B)in the time Out of bed and postoperative hospital stay(P <0.05).the pain of on the first day after operation, the pain was left on the day of the hospital,Group A was better than that of conventional oblique incision group(group B)(P <0.05).Conclusions:Group A were superior to the traditional oblique incision group(group B)after operation time, postoperative discharge time and acute pain were compared with those of the conventional incision group(group B).Group A and traditional oblique incision group(group B)had no significant difference in incision length, operative time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative chronic pain, incision infection, scrotal edema and recurrence rate. The effect of dermatoglyceal incision is better than that of traditional oblique incision. Therefore, when open adult inguinal hernia is tonic-free,the transverse incision is worthy to be popularized and should be replaced by traditional oblique incision.
