Objective: To test the effect of metformin on PCOS patients and the changes of serum AMH in the course of treatment. To test the effect of metformin on serum AMH and various indexes in patients with PCOS without insulin resistance,to help more understanding the effect of metformin on PCOS treatment. To further observe the endocrine and metabolic status of polycystic ovary syndrome, then,to provide a more reliable basis for clinical treatment. Methods: Patients are from Wannan Medical College Yijieshan Hospital Reproductive Center with polycystic ovary syndrome.Patients were randomly divided into two groups: A,B group, metformin treatment group(group A)and blank control group(group B).Before the experiment, the patient's serum AMH value and other metabolic indexs were measured and recorded on the third day of the patient's menstruation, followed by the relevant treatment and control.the patient's serum AMH value and other metabolic indexs were measured on the third day after menstruation. At the same time, group A and group B were divided into A1,A2 and B1 and B2 according to the presence or absence of insulin resistance. Finally, the data of each group were analyzed statistically and conclusing some points. Results: 1.The level of AMH decreased significantly after treatment with metformin in the experimental group(group A),and the mean decrease was more than 2 ng / ml(t=8.290,P<0.05),and the mean value of the treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).At the same time,BMI(t = 5.562,P <0.05)was significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.05),and t(t = 7.248,P <0.05)were also significantly decreased, and FSH(t = 0.750,P> 0.05)and LH(t = 0.613,P>0.05)has little difference,But the difference was not statistically significant.2.The level of AMH decreased little after treatment in the control group(group B),But the difference was not statistically significant.Meanwhile, the indexes of BMI(t = 0.567,P> 0.05),FSH(t = 0.56,P> 0.05),LH(t = 0.827,P> 0.05)(t = 0.633,P> 0.05),were little difference in those in the control group(group B),But the difference was not statistically significant.3.In the experimental group, the AMH value was significantly decreased after treatment with metformin in patients with PCOS(group A1),and the mean decrease was more than 2ng / ml,which was statistically significant(t = 5.913,P<0.05).At the same time,BMI(t=3.936,P<0.05)was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and t(t=7.177,P<0.05)were also significantly decreased, and FSH(t=0.651,P>0.05)and LH(t=0.500,P>0.05)has little difference,But the difference was not statistically significant.4.In the experimental group, the AMH value was significantly decreased after treatment with metformin in patients with PCOS(group A2),and the mean decrease was more than 2ng/ml,which was statistically significant(t=5.917,P < 0.05).At the same time,BMI(t=3.976,P < 0.05)was significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.05),and t(t=3.198,P<0.05)were also significantly decreased, and FSH(t=-0.589,P>0.05)and LH(t=0.377,P>0.05)has little difference,But the difference was not statistically significant.5.Compared with the control group(group B),the changes of AMH,BMI and LH?T were greater in the experimental group(group A)than in the treatment of PCOS,and AMH(t =-5.189,P <0.05),BMI(t=-3.582,P<0.05),while the change trend of LH(t =5.849,P <0.05)was increased, and the change trend of t(t =-3.046,P <0.05),while the trend of FSH(t =-1.809,P> 0.05)was decreased, but not statistically significant(P> 0.05).6.Compared with the control group(group B),the changes of AMH,BMI and LH?T were greater in the experimental group(group A)than in the treatment of PCOS,and AMH(t=-2.983,P<0.05),BMI(t=-2.983,P<0.05),while the change trend of LH(t=3.209,P<0.05)was increased, and the change trend of t(t=-2.071,P<0.05)(P <0.05),while the trend of FSH(t=-1.206,P>0.05)was decreased, but not statistically significant(P> 0.05).7.Compared with the control group(group B2),the changes of AMH,BMI and LH?T were greater in the experimental group(group A2)than in the treatment of PCOS,and AMH(t=-4.009,P<0.05),BMI(t=-2.571,P<0.05),while the change trend of LH(t=3.140,P < 0.05)was increased, and the change trend ofT(t=-3.416,P<0.05),while the trend of FSH(t=-0.885,P>0.05)was decreased, but not statistically significant(P> 0.05).Conclusion: 1.Metformin can affect the serum AMH of PCOS patients and reduce it.2.Metformin not only reduces the serum AMH of PCOS patients with insulin resistance, but also reduces the AMH value of PCOS patients without insulin resistance and expands the application of metformin Range, increased the treatment of PCOS.3.Metformin affects the changes of AMH in patients with PCOS may be related to the patient's own BMI,T,and has nothing to do with the FSH,and whether the relationship with the LH,remains to be further demonstrated.4.PCOS patients with AMH and BMI have a certain relationship, but also have a certain relationship with the T,but still a large sample of experimental demonstration.
