Research On The Overall Level Of Basic Medical Insurance Under The Coordinated Development Of Beijing Tianjin And Hebei

With the advancement of integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei(BTH) region,reduce economic and social disparities between Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as citizens of equalization of public services, has become the urgent needs of the situation, enhance the overall competitiveness of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei group to achieve long-term coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. In order to achieve the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region integration development, to realize the free flow of population, need to implement Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei equalization of public service. As an important part of public service, basic medical insurance relates to the vital interests of residents. But three basic medical insurance overall level is different, and each into the system, their respective development, is not conducive to the establishment of a unified basic medical insurance system. The unified level of basic social medical insurance,conducive to the rational flow of labor, optimize the allocation of labor resources and the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has important significance.In this article, through comparative method, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, this paper introduces the present situation of basic medical insurance inBeijing Tian.jin and Hebei, the system combed the different ground treatment status quo of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Then, according to the medical insurance status quo analysis of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, pointed out to improve the basic medical insurance of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as a whole the level of' constraints. By analyzing experience from Germany, South Korea and the European Union, draw the overall pattern and path of enlightenment and reference. combined with the problems of medical insurance system of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, this paper puts forward to achieve the basic level of health insurance integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei path.
