| Purpose As the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei rised to the national important strategy in the early 2014 and the planning was approved by the State Council in April,this area has attracted public concern.Now population flow become frequently due to the rapid advance in industry,transportation,ecological coordinated-development,it is very important to carry out the collaborative development of Basic Medical Insurance,which is the safeguard of residents life.This thesis has studied the BMIS and associated the out-of town medical problems with integration strategy.And it has put forward new ideals to deal with health care problems by researching the industrial structure and health resources allocation.It has significance important to promote the course of collaborative development and relieve the capital function in Beijing.Method This paper has described the status quo of health care system and referral across Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei by using statistical analysis method.And it analyzed the progress of different departments and medical institutions through interview method.Combined with the comparative analysis method,It has provided reference for the collaborative development of medical insurance.Result There are some differences among the three place,including administrative level of overall planning,financing and compensation standard,and high quality medical resources.The factors of administrative division,information system and drug management have significantly impact to the development effect.Discussion Some measures should be taken to build the pattern of coordinated development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,for example,further perfect the governance mechanism,promote effective link of medical insurance system,constructing information system,strengthening drug management,perfect doctor’s multi-sited license policies and so on. |
