Clinical Study Of Xueduqing On Coagulation Index In The Patients With Sepsis

1 Objective To study the clinical effect of sepsis in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of TCM by dayong Zhou tutor empirical TCM prescription xueduqing,observe the coagulation disorder in patients with sepsis and to study the effect of coagulation parameters,observe the effect of xueduqing on the coagulation function of patients with sepsis by observing the inflammatory factors,coagulation indexes and prognosis score before and after treatment.2 Methods A total of 60 sepsis patients diagnosed with ICU at the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of TCM from July 2015 to January 2017,CASIO fx-180 function calculator was used to generate random numbers and then were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with western medicine in2014 by the Chinese Medical Association of critical medicine branch of China's severe sepsis / septic shock treatment guidelines,The treatment mainly includes primary diseases(such as infection control),blood glucose control,immune regulation,fluid resuscitation,organ function protection and support(ventilator,stable circulatory function,renal replacement therapy).The control group of TCM diagnosis combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine in reference to the 2007 China definition,Institute of emergency medicine and Chinese Medical Association Branch of Emergency Medicine Committee of experts jointly formulate the critically ill sepsis diagnostic criteria,TCM syndrome diagnosis and description.The treatment group on the basis of conventional treatment program with the Our Hospital dayong Zhou tutor experience of Chinese herbal medicine compound xueduqing patients with nasal feeding,daily 100 ml,2 times a day,a course of treatment for a period of 5 days.All the use of Chinese medicine both from our hospital and by the Institute of medicine room fried into a bag,each bag is 100 ml.The WBC,NEUT,PCT,CRP,LAC,PLT,D-D,TT,PT,APTT,APACHE,II score,SOFA score,TCM symptom score,TCM curative effect and so on before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.3 Results(1)Two groups of patients after treatment,WBC,NEUT decreased(P<0.05),the treatment group WBC,NEUT decreased more significantly,with a comparative significance(P<0.05).(2)PCT and LAC were decreased in the two groups(P<0.05),and the PCT and LAC in the treatment group decreased more obviously,and the comparison was significant(P<0.05).(3)The CRP of the two groups after treatment decreased(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in CRP between the two groups(P>0.05).(4)The PLT and D-D of the two groups were improved(P<0.05),and the PLT and D-D in the treatment group were significantly improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)PT,APTT and TT were decreased in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the PT,APTT and TT decreased more significantly in the treatment group(P<0.05).(6)APACHEII score,SOFA score and TCM syndrome score of the two groups were decreased(P<0.05)after treatment,and the score of treatment group was lower(P<0.05).(7)Clinical control group in 10 cases,invalid 8cases,7 cases markedly effective in 5 cases,total effective rate was 73.33% in treatment group,clinical control 15 cases,invalid 3 cases,8 cases markedly effective in 4 cases,total effective rate was 90%,there was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).4 Conclusion Xuequqing can reduce the levels of WBC,NEUT,PCT and LAC in patients with sepsis,and promote the recovery of inflammatory reaction;It to improve the level of PLT,D-D,PT,APTT and TT,and promote the recovery of coagulation function;It decreased in patients with APACHE II score,SOFA score and TCM syndrome score,the clinical manifestation and prognosis of patients has played a certain role.
