1 Objective For sepsis caused by immune dysfunction,clinical trials in application of traditional Chinese medicine compound preparations blood poisonous clear,by means of inflammatory factor,discusses the TCM symptom integral and related indicators,to verify the blood poisonous clear for sepsis caused by the intervention of the role the immune disorder.2 Methods Will be in August 2014 to December 2016 in our hospital diagnosed 60 patients with sepsis,30 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,30 cases in control group with reference to the "save" sepsis campaign in ml/time,2 times/day,5 days for a course of treatment.Room are all compound comes from anhui province hospital of TCM and tisanes pan-fried,has sent a bag of 100 ml/bag.Two groups of patients during treatment with exactly the same nutrition support and nursing plan.Clinical trials comparing the two groups before and after treatment in the process of peripheral blood red protein count(WBC),neutral particle count(NEUT),c-reactive protein(CRP),calcitonin(PCT),T cell subsets(CD4 +,CD8 +,CD4 + / CD8 +)index changes,such as sepsis and records related to the sequential organ failure score [sequential(sepsis-related)outraged failure assessment,SOFA] score,APACHE Ⅱ score,TCM syndrome integral,and so on and so forth.3 Results(1)the treatment group and control group after treatment of peripheral white blood cell count(WBC)were significantly decreased(P < 0.05);But the comparison between the two groups after treatment,the treatment group the WBC decrease more apparent,with statistical difference(P < 0.05);(2)the treatment group and control group after treatment of neutrophil count(NEUT)were significantly decreased(P < 0.05);But the comparison between the two groups after treatment,the treatment group NEUT reduce more apparent,with statistical difference(P < 0.05);(3)the treatment group and control group after treatment of c-reactive protein(CRP)were significantly decreased(P < 0.05);But the comparison between the two groups after treatment,the treatment group CRP decrease more apparent,with statistical difference(P < 0.05);(4)the treatment group and control group after treatment of calcitonin original(PCT)were significantly decreased(P < 0.05);But the comparison between the two groups after treatment,the treatment group of PCT more obvious reduction,with statistical difference(P < 0.05);(5)the treatment group and control group after treatment of interleukin 10(IL-10 were significantly decreased(P < 0.05);but the comparison between the two groups after treatment,the treatment group IL-10 more obvious reduction,with statistical difference(P < 0.05);(6)treatment group and control group after treatment of CD4 + T lymphocytes has obvious rise,CD8 + T lymphocytes were significantly decreased,CD4 + / CD8 + were significantly increased(P < 0.05);But the comparison between the two groups after treatment,the treatment group of CD4 + T lymphocytes increased more obviously,CD8+ T lymphocytes decreased more significantly,CD4 + / CD8 + increase is more obvious,with statistical difference(P < 0.05);(7)treatment group and control group after treatment of SOFA score were significantly decreased(P < 0.05);But the comparison between the two groups after treatment,the treatment group SOFA more obvious reduction,with statistical difference(P < 0.05);(8)treatment group and control group after treatment of APACHE Ⅱ scores were significantly lower(P < 0.05);But the comparison between the two groups after treatment,the treatment group SOFA more obvious reduction,with statistical difference(P < 0.05);(9)in treatment group and control group after treatment of TCM syndrome score were significantly decreased(P < 0.05);But the comparison between the two groups after treatment,the treatment group of TCM syndrome integral reduce more apparent,with statistical difference(P < 0.05);(10)Clinical control of 13 cases in treatment group,9 cases were markedly effective,6cases effective,ineffective in 2 cases,total effective rate 93.33%,10 cases of control group in clinical control,7 cases were markedly effective,6 cases effective,7 had no effect,the total effective rate 76.66%,two groups was statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).4 Conclusion Compound Chinese medicine preparation of blood poisonous clear can effectively reduce the neutrophils in the peripheral blood count,white blood cell count,and serum CRP and PCT,IL-10 level,can effectively remove inflammatory mediators,control inflammation;Can reduce the SOFA score and APACHE Ⅱ score and TCM syndrome integral value,to the improvement of the patients with clinical symptoms,viscera function recovery,and to alleviate disease plays a role;Blood poisonous clear immune disorder in patients with severe sepsis has certain adjustment.
