Clinical Efficiency And The Effect To Blood Clotting Of Xueduqing Retention Enema On Treating Sepsis

Objective:Blood poisonous clear retention enema observed the clinical treatment of sepsis and effect on blood clotting monitoring index effects for traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of sepsis offer new ideas and methods.Methods:This research for prospective randomized study, December 2009 April 2011 heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine were the second hospital affiliated with ICU diagnostic criteria septic patients were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group,30 cases in 30 patients. The treatment group using blood poisonous clear retention enema conventional treatment group and modern medicine and modern medicine to adopt cleaner enema conventional treatment. All patients had included in the study and the seven days when syndromes integral score; To be included in the study, the first 3 days and on the seventh day ofⅡrespectively with SOFA score, I can with APACHE in treatment group and control group testing peripheral blood clotting monitoring index's dynamics.Results:1.The clinical symptoms improved:treatment 7 days, two groups of patients for clinical symptoms were improved(p<0.01), but the clinical symptoms improved treatment group is compared between more apparent, group greup(p<0.01).2.Coagulant function monitoring index changes:two sets of patients before treatment, PT, APTT are TT extended, FBG reduced, there was no significant difference between groups compare(P>0.05). Article 3,7 days, two groups of TT, PT, APTT are shortened (P<0.01), FBG increased, but the control group as the treatment group, improve margin comparison between groups greup (P<0.01). 3.And I can with APACHEⅡscore, SOFA score:before treatment score two sets of patients were significantly increased, no significant difference compared between groups(P>0.05). During treatment, two sets of patients with the disease are improved score declined(P<0.01); Article 3,7 days in treatment group than controls score between groups decreased obviously, comparative greup(P<0.01).Conclusion:Blood poisonous clear retention enema sepsis with obviously improve the clinical symptoms and blood clotting role, security is good.
