Clinical Research Of Screwing And Raising Manipulation In Treating CSA And The Effect Of TCD Observation

ObjectiveApproaching the treatment of Screwing and Raising Manipulation effect;the diagnostic value of TCD for CSA;as the indicatrix of therapeutic effect,TCD is the new methed for CSA evaluation.Methods43 patients with CSA were divided randomly into two groups(testing group n=27, control group n=28),all cases that all consistent with diagnostic criteria of CSA,all patienst are out-patient clinic from 2006.6～2007.12,among this 20 cases from WangJing Hospital,18 cases from Guangan Men Hospital,17 cases from Beijing Electric Power Hospital.Choice of the present study entry criteria,with 55 cases of CSA,the random telephone applications were divided into experimental group(27 cases) and the control group(28 cases).The statistical analysis of the test group and control group patients by gender,age,disease,treatment before symptoms and signs points,TCD baseline indicators observed there was no significant difference,the two groups are comparable.Treatment:A(test group):manipulation therapy.B (control group):traction therapy.Results1.The manipulation of CSA obtained significant effect(total efficiency 88.89%).2.The manipulation can improve symptoms and signs of CSA,integration improved significantly before and after treatment(P＜0.01),symptom score improvement is better than the control group(P＜0.05).3.The manipulation in treating CSA has significantly effect for vertigo,dizziness before and after treatment symptom score improved significantly(P＜0.01),vertigo score improvement is better than the control group(P＜0.05).4.TCD indicators of abnormal increase,Vp,Vm,Vd significantly higher than normal(P＜0.01,P＜0.05),TCD checks can be used as an important diagnostic indicators for CSA. 5.The manipulation in treating CSA can significantly improve abnormal changes of TCD and can reduce the abnormal increase of Vp,Vm,Vd(P＜0.05,P＜0.01),Vp,Vm,Vd indicators improved better than the control group(P＜0.05).ConclusionCilical study proves that the effect of screwing and raising manipulation in treating CSA was sign.Screwing and Raising Manipulation is an idea means of reducing vertigo.TCD checks can be used as an important diagnostic indicators for CSA.
