Objective:Observation of needle-scalpel treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis Clinical observation, with a view to explore a simple, economical and effective method of treatment, clinical treatment for the provision of scientific reference. Methods:To 50 cases of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis Acupotomy randomly divided into treatment group and traction therapy treatment group, treatment group, using needle-knife Acupotomology lysis of soft tissue of the neck spasm, contracture, adhesions and local swelling for release. More than two groups of patients are symptoms and function score, vertebral artery hemodynamics check for the observation of targets in the treatment before and after treatment in two groups of patients were assessed.Result:needle-scalpel treatment group:cure rate is 32%, markedly effective rate is 20%, efficient rate is 32%, inefficient rate is 16%, total efficiency is 84%; Traction control group physiotherapy:cure rate is 8%, markedly effective rate is 16%, efficiency rate is 24%, inefficient rate is 52%, the total efficiency is 48%. TCD examination after treatment showed that the treatment group of vertebral artery hemodynamics Change is better than the control group (P<0.05), with statistical significance.Conclusion:Needle-scalpel therapy and Traction with physiotherapy therapy may alleviate the soft tissue neck cramps, can increase vertebral artery blood flow velocity, improve patient symptoms. Needle-scalpel treatment group increased vertebral artery blood flow velocity, improve symptoms in patients with the role of the treatment group was superior to physiotherapy. Needle-scalpel treatment of simple operation, economic security, good patient compliance, clinical does not have any adverse reactions.
