| Nowadays,the world has entered the era of aging,and caring for pensioners has become a significant challenge which together faced by mankind.Conditions that our nation different from the developed countries is that our nation embraces a large total population,and the reality that we are not rich at first but aging firstly,both make the pension problem more severe.With the aging problem increases,the demands of medical and health services and needs of life care of elderly were overlapped which makes it a more prominent problem.However,lacking in medical and health services for the elderly currently,lacking of old-age service resources,and in-coordinate pension systems which different from each other,and other conditions,all are far from meeting the needs of a large number of the elderly population.Therefore,to promote the pension model which integrates medical care service and elderly care service,has gradually become an important measure under the background of achieving a better China.Chongqing,as a city,keeps a large number of population in the western part of China,its economic level is not high,while the population aging rate is among the forefront of our country,and pension pressure is particularly heavy.In recent years,Chongqing City is trying its best to explore a model which integrates medical care service and elderly care service,and it has made some progress.Comprehensively grasping the practice of the model which integrates medical care service and elderly care service in Chongqing at the present,analyzing and understanding problems and causes lie in the development of the model,we can put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,and it can provide reference experience for pushing forward the sustainable development of the model,also it can solve the problem of Chongqing’s elderly care service industry even better.Based on the present situation of the development of the model which integrates medical care service and elderly care service in Chongqing,this paper summarizes the existing problems of the model,such as the participation of the social subject is low,the service level is uneven and the professional nursing staff reservation is insufficient.Trapped by the traditional concept;unsmooth financing channels;relevant laws and regulations and the system are imperfect;and the environment for professional nurses is poor,and all the above mentioned are the reasons.In view of the above problems,and based on the advanced experience at home and abroad,we put forward some suggestions for reference on pushing forward and strengthening the model in Chongqing: strengthening propaganda,cultivating healthy pension consciousness,broadening financing channels,promoting the initiative of social forces to participate in;perfecting relevant laws,regulations and health management system;focusing on personnel training,so as to strengthen the construction of professional nursing staff;advancing model innovation,and exploring a diversified model which integrates medical care service and elderly care service. |
