HeZhongZhiQiu Decoction Treating Spleen-deficiency Type Lung Allergic Rhinitis Clinical Control Study

Objective: To research the He ZhongZhi Qiu Decoction in the treatment of lung spleen-deficiency type AR curative effect and compliance.Methods : Take a randomized controlled trials,will be included in the standard of 106 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomized single-blind divided into two groups,experimental group and control group,both informed patient treatment and treatment time.Fill in the questionnaire survey to patients(as per list enclosed1-1?1-2).Experimental group 60 cases patients,oral He ZhongZhiQiu Decoction.46 patients with the control group,the specific immune therapy.5weeks,17 weeks after treatment between two groups before and after the treatment of nasal obstruction,rhinocnesmus,rhinorrhea,sneezing self-conscious symptom integral change;Nasal endoscopy examine in patients with signs,observe the bottom of the inferior nasal concha,septum nasi,middle turbinate anatomical relations change,after every six months to investigate the patients' symptoms,signs,statistical patients completed at a time.Results:(1)Two groups of patients' age,gender,educational level no difference between the basic information,able to be compared(P > 0.05);(2)Experimental group and control group before treatment in patients with self-conscious symptoms: nasal congestion,rhinocnesmus,rhinorrhea,sternutation,severity similarity(P>0.05).5 weeks after treatment,the experimental group the symptoms of sneezing,nose and nasal itching are lighter than the control group(P < 0.05);17 weeks after treatment,the experimental group endoscopic symptom severity lighter than the control group lighter than the control group(P < 0.05),the differences had statistical significance;After treatment for 6months,1 year,the experimental group and control group symptom severity in nasal obstruction,rhinocnesmus,rhinorrhea,sternutation,similarity(P > 0.05).(3)Compare the objective signs in patients with nasal endoscopy: pale nasal mucosa congestion,edema,or,swelling index prior treatment(P > 0.05),No statistical significance.5 weeks after treatment,the experimental group and control group in the severity of the nasal endoscopic score(P > 0.05),No statistical significance;17 weeks after treatment,the experimental group symptoms of nasal endoscopic better than the control group(P < 0.05),obvious difference;After treatment for 6 months,1 year,the severity of the symptoms of the experimental group and the control group(P > 0.05),No statistical significance.(4)Recurrence in patients with two groups of the same(P > 0.05),No statistical significance.(5)After treatment,compared two groups of patients,six months completion has no significant discrepancy(P > 0.05),group 1 year completion rate higher than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)He ZhongZhi Qiu Decoction,specific immunotherapy treatment pulmonary spleen-deficiency type patients with allergic rhinitis are able to ease and improve the nasal itching,symptoms such as sneezing,nasal secretions and blocked.(2)THe Zhong Zhi Qiu Decoction,specific immunotherapy treatment pulmonary spleen-deficiency type can effective changes in patients with allergic rhinitis nasal mucosa specific signs.(3)He Zhong Zhi Qiu Decoction treating pulmonary spleen-deficiency type allergic rhinitis curative effect is overall curative effect and specific immune treatment group.(4)The curative effect of He Zhong Zhi Qiu Decoction is distinct,long-term treatment,improve patients quality of life,and adherence to the control group compliance,it is appropriate for clinical application.
