| Objective: Objective To observe the clinical effect of back Shu Points on the recovery of limb function in patients with complete stroke.The acupuncture compared with conventional acupuncture,evaluation of the effectiveness of Beishu on the recovery of limb function,and back to Yu Xue complete stroke early recovery of limb function mechanism provides the basis for clinical research.Methods: In this study,patients with early stage of complete stroke were selected as the research object,60 cases were selected,and the patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group on average,which were divided into 2 groups.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,while the treatment group was treated with conventional acupuncture plus acupuncture.To improve the Ashworth spasticity rating scale,Lovett muscle strength classification,Brunnstrom stage and muscle tension up to 1 times the time required for randomly selected subjects were compared before and after treatment.Results: The two groups had better clinical effect on the recovery of limb function in patients with complete stroke,but the treatment group was better than the control group.The two groups before treatment in comparison with muscle strength,muscle tension and there was also no significant difference(P > 0.05),after treatment in the Lovett strength grade and Brunnstrom stage had a significant difference(P = <0.05),the treatment group than the control group,the muscle tension of up to 1 of the time,the treatment group is shorter than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P = <0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncture back Shu Points Combined with conventional acupuncture in the treatment of early limb muscle strength,muscle tension and other aspects of a significant effect,has clinical value.Acupuncture therapy is simple,effective,no obvious adverse reactions,worthy of popularization and implementation.Pressure. |
