The Clinical Observation Of Back-Shu Points Needle Pulling Method For Treatment Of Low Back Muscle Faseiitis

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Back-shu points needle pulling method for treatment of low back muscle faseiitis,seek the best method for the treatment of low back muscle fasciitis.Method:Randomly divided60cases of patients with low back faseiitis will meet the standard into two groups,The treatment group of30cases by back back-shu acupoint needle pulling method treatment.30patients in the control group with routine acupuncture treatment. The two groups were treated for30days. Visual analogue scale (VAS) before and after treatment were used,disability index (Oswestry).Differences before and after the subjects for scientific evaluation.Results:After30days of treatment,the therapeutic effect of two groups were better,the total effective rate in treatment group was96.6%,control group in the total efficiency of80%,compared to the treatment group and the control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05). Before treatment,VAS index score,dysfunction in two groups (Oswestry) by comparison between groups P>0.05,no significant difference,comparable.After treatment,VAS index score,dysfunction in two groups (Oswestry) were decreased, compared to the treatment group and the control group with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:One,back-shu acupoint needle pulling method can obviously improve the myofascitis of back pain,and can effectively improve the quality of life of patients. Two,back-shu acupoint needle pulling method has obvious clinical curative effect of back myofascitis,and the treatment effect was better than the control group.
