Objective: Observing the clinical efficacy of thread-embedding at the Back-Shu and Front-Mu acupoints in the treatment of constipation after stroke.Through comparison with traditional acupuncture treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,it provides new ideas and new ideas for clinical treatment of post-stroke constipation,and also enriches its therapeutic range.Method:The 72 patients in this subject were all from patients with post-stroke constipation who met the inclusion criteria in the acupuncture six wards of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The prospective study was used to randomly classify the selected patients into 36 patients in the treatment group and 36 patients in the control group(including shedding cases);Basic treatment was given to patients with stroke in both groups.Therapeutic group was treated with thread-embedding at the Back-Shu and Front-Mu acupoints method,once a week for 4 weeks.The traditional acupuncture treatment in the control group was performed once a day,6 days a week,and 1 day off for a total of 4 weeks.After treatment,the constipation symptom score and the quality of life score of constipation patients were evaluated before and after treatment.The data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 statistical software.Results:1.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the general data,total scores of clinical symptoms and PAC-QOL scores between the two groups(P>0.05),which were comparable.2.After treatment in both groups,the total scores of clinical symptoms and PAC-QOL scores of constipation were lower than those before treatment,indicating that the treatment of constipation after stroke was effective.3.After treatment between the two groups,there was a significant difference in the total scores of constipation clinical symptoms(P=0.038<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better.There was asignificant difference in PAC-QOL score comparison(P=0.044<0.01),indicating that the treatment group was more effective.4.After 4 weeks of treatment,the cure rate was 54.28%,the total effective rate was 91.42%;the control group was 32.35%,and the total effective rate was 79.41%.The comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.Experimental conclusion:1.For the treatment of patients with constipation after stroke,the thread-embedding at the Back-Shu and Front-Mu acupoints and the traditional acupuncture method are effective.2.After treatment,the total scores of clinical symptoms and PAC-QOL scores of constipation in Back-Shu and Front-Mu acupoints embedding method were significantly improved compared with the traditional acupuncture group.3.The Back-Shu and Front-Mu acupoints method is easy to operate,strong irritant,long duration of action,no adverse reactions,is a truly effective treatment.
