Research On Performance Appraisal Of Logistics Management In Public Hospitals

With the rapid development of social economy in China,the construction and development of hospital logistics management is also rapid.Therefore,how to effectively improve the hospital logistics has become a hot topic among people.The annual diagnosis and treatment of public hospitals accounted for more than 90% of the total social diagnosis and treatment.In this way,performance evaluation of hospital logistics management can improve the level of logistics management,and further improve the hospital medical quality and service quality which can make the vast majority of people get better services.Public hospital logistics management plays a very important role in public hospitals,but the corresponding research and performance evaluation methods are not perfect.The present study on hospital performance evaluation mostly focuses on the medical department of the hospital business,while there's little study on individual hospital logistics system.Based on this situation,this paper,which takes logistics public hospital as the research object,will discuss the theories and methods of logistics performance evaluation of public hospitals,aiming to provide a universal performance evaluation method for logistics management in public hospitals.This paper focuses on the concepts of logistics management,public hospital performance evaluation theory and fuzzy evaluation method,analysis method and goes detailed into application of logistics management of public hospital performance evaluation.On the premise of combining the current situation of logistics work in hospitals,the author will take the index system as the starting point,make in-depth analysis of the work of hospital logistics management with the principle of choosing and selecting evaluation index and expert interviews.Then through the expert data obtained by Delphi Method,the paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to deal with the data and get the weight of each index,so as to establish a reasonable and perfect logistics management performance evaluation model for public hospital.The paper also use a specific hospital as a case,applies the index system that established in this paper to evaluate the performance of the system,and then draw the incoming conclusion.The performance evaluation of hospital logistics management is a new field in the theory of performance evaluation.It takes a long process to achieve mature understanding of this topic and put it from theory to practice.With more and more people paying more attention to hospital logistics management,study on the theory of performance evaluation will be more and more deep and mature.Therefore,I believe more and more public hospitals will put this method into practice so as to enhance logistics management ability and improve work efficiency,then increase the whole competitive power of the public hospitals.
