Abstract/Summary:
Objective: Colorectal polyps are common diseases of the digestive system and are now known as a lesions of colorectal cancerous.Helicobacter pylori infection is also a common disease in the digestive system, which is the etiology of gastroduodenitis and ulcers, and has a clear correlation with gastric cancer.Metabolic syndrome is a high metabolic disorder syndrome, has been identified as one of the clearly risk factorsof cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease. Many clinical studies and meta-analyzes indicate that there may be a certain correlation between these three high-risk diseases. This study is focused on the relevance of these three diseases, which aims to provide new evidence for the study of related fields.Related departments to provide a reference for clinical work. Methods: In this study, the clinical data of 213 patients who met the inclusion criteria were recorded and sorted, and they were divided into different components for comparison.First,it was divided into colorectal polyps group and control group, adenomatous polyp group and non-adenomatous polyp group,high-risk adenoma group and non-high-risk adenoma group, left colon group, right colon group and total colon group,Respectively, the age of each group, sex, metabolic diseases associated with the disease, the prevalence of metabolic syndrome and metabolic syndrome were compared to determine the colorectal polyps and metabolic syndrome is a correlation between what is the Correlation.Next, the positive rate of Helicobacter pylori in the above groups was compared to determine whether there was a correlation between colorectal polyps and Helicobacter pylori infection.Finally,213 patients were re-divided into Helicobacter pylori positive group and Helicobacter pylori negative group, the two groups of metabolic diseases related to the prevalence of metabolic syndrome and metabolic syndrome were compared to identify the components of the pyloric screw Whether the infection between the infection and metabolic syndrome is relevant and what is the correlation. Results:The average age of patients with colorectal polyps was 57.20 ± 10.92,which was higher than that of the control group(52.72 ± 13.17,the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.008).The prevalence of diabetes mellitus in colorectal polyps group was higher than that in control group,χ2 = 7.260,the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.007).The prevalence of metabolic syndrome in patients with colorectal polyps was higher than that in control group(χ2 = 6.640,the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.010).The level of TG in the colorectal polyps was 1.60(1.12,2.48),which was higher than that in the control group(1.31,0.96,1.91),the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.003).The results showed that there was a positive correlation between the level of TG and the occurrence of diabetes mellitus and the occurrence of colorectal polyps. The OR values were 1.290 and 3.205 respectively,P <0.05.6,the risk of colorectal polyps was higher than that of colorectal polyps The mean age of the patients was 60.63 ± 9.47,which was higher than that of the control group(53.32 ± 12.76,the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.005).The positive rate of HP in patients with adenomatous polyp was higher than that in control group(χ2 = 4.254,the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.039).There was no significant difference in HP positive rate between high-risk adenoma group and non-high-risk adenoma group, left colon group, right colon group and total colon group.9,HP positive group and HP negative group the difference was not statistically significant difference.Conclusion:(1)metabolic syndrome is a risk factor for colorectal polyps, when these patients with the corresponding symptoms of digestive system should be considered colorectal colonoscopy.(2)metabolic syndrome in the triglyceride levels and whether the risk of colorectal polyps due to risk factors for colorectal polyps should be actively controlled metabolic syndrome-related indicators, especially triglyceride and blood glucose levels.(3)elderly people with colorectal polyps and high risk of adenoma is likely, for the elderly, especially with other risk factors can be colorectal examination as one of the physical screening program.(4)Helicobacter pylori infection in the possibility of adenomatous polyps, for HP-positive patients, especially with other risk factors, may consider the eradication of Helicobacter pylori treatment.(5)There was no significant correlation between Helicobacter pylori and metabolic syndrome.
