Purpose:To analyze the distribution feature whether the H.pylori infections are the risk factors for colorectal polyps and colorectal cancer, and to analyze the expressions for TCM(the Traditional Chinese Medicine) syndrome of the H.pylori infection. Material and method:The Thirty patients who had colorectal polyps and thirty who had colorectal cancer admitted to hospital in department of TCM, Endoscopy, Gastroenterology and General Surgery, Hospital of Shenyang Military District from November of 2014 to December of 2015. We chose a control group of forty with no abnormal reactions after enteroscopy. Who were conducted with 13C-breath test to detect H.pylori infection. And the distribution of TCM syndrome of colorectal polyps and colorectal cancer patients with helicobacter pylori infection positive. Results: 1.The patients of colorectal polyps counted to 50.0% and the patients of colorectal cancer counted to 46.7% are significantly higher than the patients of control group counted to 20.0%.The result is X2=6.99,P=0.008 when comparing colorectal polyps group with the control group, it turns out to be X2=5.657,P=0.017 when comparing colorectal cancer group with the control group. The differences are statistically significant. However, the difference is not statistically significant when comparing colorectal polyps group with colorectal cancer group(X2=0.67,P=0.796). 2. The patients of colorectal polyps counted to 50.0% and the patients of colorectal cancer counted to 46.7% are significantly higher than the patients of control group counted to 20.0%.The result is X2=6.99,P=0.008 when comparing colorectal polyps group with the control group, it turns out to be X2=5.657,P=0.017 when comparing colorectal cancer group with the control group. The differences are statistically significant. However, the difference is not statistically significant when comparing colorectal polyps group with colorectal cancer group(X2=0.67,P=0.796). Among the HP –infection-positive patients with colorectal polyps, the number of people who suffer with Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney syndrome is larger than that of the people with other syndromes.( X2=24.20,P=0.000), The differences are statistically significant. Among the HP–infection-positive patients with colorectal cancer, the number of people who suffer with Yin-yang deficiency syndromes is larger than that of the people with other syndromes(X2=8.286,P=0.04), The differences are statistically significant. 3.Make further study to colorectal polyps the biggest are on return colon sigmoideum, desconding colon at most and compare with the multiple polyps, the number of single polyp patients are more in Hp positive. And at these pathologic types, most Hp positive cases are the tubular adenome. It will grow along with the ages, and the most common is over 60 years old. Conclusion: 1.We concluded that the H.pylori is the probable risk factor of colorectal polyps and colorectal cancer. 2. Colon polyps and colorectal cancer were closely related to with Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney syndrome,Yin-yang deficiency syndromes. So it will be given full consideration to those who chills, diarrhea, constipation, hematochezia and Hp positive in clinical 3. To effect a radical cure of these two colorectal diseases, combining the TCM methods of warming Yang to disperse the phlegm, nourishing Yin and benefiting Qi may be one of the important control and therapeutic methods.
