The Clincal Observation On Using Yinchenyizhi Decoction To The Treatment Of Seborrheic Dermatitis Damp Heat Syndome

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Yinchenyizhi Decoction in the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis damp heat syndo--me.Methods:Selected 60 patients,they meet the test criteria as clinical observation object,and they are patients of facial seborrheic dermatitis damp heat syndome.The method of randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,and each group have 30 patients.The treatment group was given oral the decoction of Chinese medicine—Yinchenyizhi Decoction,the control group were given oral Viaminate Capsules.Two groups were 1 courses of treatment for 4 weeks,Treatment of 1 courses.After the end of the course of treatment, the two groups of data were statistically analyzed.Results:l.The total effective rate was 90.00%,in the treatment group;the total effective rate was 76.67%,in the control group.There were significant differences and statistical significance(P<0.05) between the two groups.2.In the treatment group,comparison of the total patient’s condition before and after treatment,There were significant differences and statistical significance(P<0.05).3.The control group,comparison of the total patient’s condition before and after treatment,There were significant differences and statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Yinchenyizhi Decoction is an effective Prescrip-tion for treating seborrheic dermatitis damp heat syndome.2.In terms of efficacy,Yinchenyizhi Decoction is better than Viaminate Capsules with the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis damp heat syndromethe.
