Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Lumbar Disc Herniation By Segmental Stretching

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of the treatment of lumbar disc herniation by using the method of segmental stretching,in order to find a new method to improve the clinical effect of the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.MethodThe 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,and the patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group(n =).The observation group was divided into two groups:the traditional method of massage and the traditional massage method.The two groups were all treated for 1 days,1 days,7 days for a course of treatment,the treatment period was 2 course of treatment.And the two groups before and after treatment in patients with lumbocrural pain,JOA(independent of clinical symptoms and signs,daily life,action)of all aspects of ODI score were analyzed,and the recurrence of 8 weeks after the treatment rate for statistical analysis and draw a conclusion.ResultThrough the statistical analysis of two groups of patients t=2.01 lumbar leg pain independent,p=0.04<0.05,with significant difference;through the statistical analysis of two groups of patients after treatment JOA score compared with t=2.17,p=0.03<0.05,with significant difference;comparison of ODI score of two groups after treatment t=2.08,P=0.04<0.05,have significant difference after treatment;the total curative effect by rank test analysis,X-=10.36,0.01<P<0.025,indicating that the two groups of patients have differences in efficiency.ConclusionUsing segmented bashen methods has remarkable curative effect in improving patients with lumbocrural pain,independent clinical symptoms and signs,daily life ability etc.combined with traditional massage;using segmented bashen methods combined with traditional massage therapy in improving the patients with backleg pain independent,clinical symptoms and signs,daily life ability has better effect than the pure traditional massage method;using piecewise bashen methods has long-term effect significant improvement in patients with lumbocrural pain independent,clinical symptoms and signs,daily life ability etc.combined with traditional massage method,which is better than traditional massage.Based on the theory of tendons and the theory of myofascial line,the treatment is more scientific and targeted,worthy of clinical research and promotion...
