| Purposes:This paper is based on the deficiency of kidney and blood stasis type of early threatened abortion patients as the research object,through the dynamic observation of clinical symptoms of patients with medication and changes of serum progesterone(P),estradiol(E2),human chorionic gonadotropin(?-HCG)levels and pelvic ultrasound conditions,in order to evaluate the effect of clinical treatment effect of Bushen Huoxue Recipe in treating kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of Early Threatened Abortion;through the change of the level of serum Ca125 in early pregnancy monitoring,to find the variation in early threatened abortion,on the level of serum Ca125 increased in the early pregnancy diagnosis value judgment precursor abortion outcome.Methods:40 cases of patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of Early Threatened Abortion diagnostic standard,treated with dydrogesterone,Bushen Huoxue Decoction orally,3 weeks for a course of treatment,observe the clinical symptom of the patients pretherapy and post treatment,the dynamic monitoring of serum P,E2,-HCG level changes of beta,pelvic ultrasound to observe the embryo development of the situation,while monitoring the dynamic changes of the serum level of Ca125,observe its variation during pregnancy,and its relationship with pregnancy outcome.Results:1,After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the clinical data of the 40 cases were as follows:in all cases,the recovery was effective in all of the patients(n = 12.5%),and in all the cases,there were significant effects in all the patients(n = 65%).The effective rate was in all of the patients(12.5%)(n = 4),and the total effective rate was 90%,(n = 10%).2,Compared with before and after the treatment of patients with clinical symptoms,whose severity of the disease,symptom scores,P values were less than 0.05,which indicates a significant difference pretherapy and post_treatment,and the patient's clinical has been significantly improved.3,After ?2 test,it shows that there is a correlation between the comprehensive curative effect of the patients with clinical abortion(P<0.05),the more the number of tip abortion patients,the worse the treatment effect.4,There was a correlation between the time of vaginal bleeding after pregnancy and the clinical comprehensive curative effect(P<0.05),the shorter of the time of vaginal bleeding,the better the treatment effect.5,There was a correlation that the patient's condition before treatment and the overall efficacy(P<0.05),the lighter the patient's condition,the better the treatment effect6,After treatment,the serum P,E2,beta-HCG vary in different degrees,and the level of hormone before pregnancy was significantly higher than that before pregnancy,the pregnancy failure group was not significantly increased compared with pretherapy and post treatment7,Early pregnancy increased symptoms of threatened abortion of pregnant women serum Ca125 in varying degrees,after treatment,the serum Ca125 level of pregnant women continue to decline significantly,with significant difference pretherapy and post_treatment(P<0.05),and serum Ca125 levels in pregnancy failure compared with before treatment did not decrease significantly by even increased.8,Through analysis of variance,it was more obvious that vaginal bleeding symptoms in patients with elevated serum Ca125 levels than those who without vaginal bleeding,and the bleeding time is longer,the higher the level of serum Ca125(p<0.001).Conclusion:1,Dydrogesterone combined with Bushen Huoxue Decoction can effectively treat kidney deficiency and blood stasis can significantly improve the early threatened abortion,vaginal bleeding,back pain,abdominal pain and other clinical symptoms,treatment effect is remarkable.2,Dynamically monitoring.the changes of serum Ca125 level has certain clinical reference value for the risk assessment of Early Threatened Abortion. |
