| RESEARCH BACKGROUND Threatened Abortion is a common complication of pregnancy,accounting for about 20%-25% of the pregnant population,and50% of threatened abortion will evolve into abortion or incomplete abortion without intervention treatment.Will increase the ratio of a series of perinatal and neonatal adverse outcomes.Due to work pressure,environmental factors,age factors,etc.,the incidence of threatened miscarriage has gradually increased.Studies in recent years have found that the combination of Chinese and Western medicine can effectively treat early threatened abortion and improve clinical symptoms,which is of great significance for further improving the quality of life,emotional status and pregnancy outcomes of pregnant women.OBJECTIVE This study one hand mainly observes the clinical effect of Bushen Qingre Huoxue Recipe combined with micronized progesterone on threatened abortion,on the other hand,monitor hormone(HCG,E2,P)levels and embryo development,make a thorough inquiry of the mechanism of action,aim to achieve the purpose of providing an effective and safe medication regimen for the clinic.METHODS This study conducted in a randomized,parallel-controlled,single-blind design method.Threatened abortion patients who will be seen at the Traditional Chinese Medicine Gynecology Clinic of the AffiliatedHospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March2019 to October 2019.From these,64 cases were screened that met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria for early threatened abortion of kidney deficiency and blood heat type.After the baseline visit is complete,Patients who meet the study requirements are numbered in the order of their visits,SPSS 26.0 software was used to sort the random numbers into groups,which were divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 32 people in each group.The treatment group was treated with Bushen Qingre Huoxue Recipe combined with progesterone soft capsules,and the control group was treated with progesterone soft capsule.The two groups of patients were treated for 3 weeks,and One-time hormone(HCG,E2,P)levels were measured weekly,B-ultrasound to monitor embryo development according to clinical situation;And TCM syndrome scores,sex hormone levels,and embryo development were recorded before and after treatment.At the same time,adverse reactions during treatment were recorded.RESULTS1.Comparison of clinical efficacy: 31 cases of effective fertility-preserving cases in the treatment group,and 1 case of embryo termination,the effective rate of fetal preservation was 96.9%,and 26 cases of effective fetal preservation in the control group,including 5cases of embryo termination and 1 case Spontaneous abortion with an effective rate of 81.25%;the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.05).2.Comparison of TCM Syndrome fraction: After treatment,the syndrome scores were lower in both groups than before treatment(P <0.001),and the reduction was more significant in the treatment group(P <0.05).3.Comparison of serum β-HCG,E2,and P levels during pregnancy: The HCG level of the two groups of patients during the 3 weeks of treatment,the growth rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).After the end of treatment to 12 weeks of gestation,there was a downward trend;while the E2 and P values increased with gestational week However,it increased significantly,and the increase of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05).4.Safety comparison: During the treatment of 64 patients with threatened abortion,There were 2 cases of constipation and 1 case of nausea and vomiting in the treatment group.Nausea and vomiting occurred in 3 cases in the control group,which resolved on their own.Before and after the treatment intervention,the two groups performed vital signs measurement,blood routine,urine routine,blood biochemistry,and safety tests of thyroid function.The treatment schemes of both groups have a certain degree of safety and have no obvious toxic and side effects.Shedding:All the 64 patients with threatened abortion included in the study completed clinical studies,and there were no cases of shedding.CONCLUSION1.The treatment method of Bushen Qingre Huoxue Recipe combined with micronized progesterone is significantly better than the control group with single micronized progesterone in terms of improving the symptoms of threatened abortion and increasing the level of serum hormones(HCG,E2,P value).2.The method of Bushen Qingre Huoxue Recipe combined with micronized progesterone is safe and reliable in clinical treatment of threatened abortion,and it has very good clinical application effect,which is worthy of further promotion and use. |
