Clinical Observation Of Bushen Huoxue Method In The Treatment Of Threatened Abortion Complicated With Hematocele

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue Recipe in the treatment of threatened abortion complicated with hematocele in uterine cavity,and to explore the high-risk factors leading to threatened abortion complicated with hematocele in uterine cavity.Methods:This study is a retrospective study.60 patients with threatened abortion complicated with hematocele in uterine cavity from September 2017 to March 2020 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups,namely,traditional Chinese medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine+western medicine group,with 30 cases in each group.The traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Recipe,qd.Patients in the traditional Chinese medicine+western medicine group:on the basis of the treatment in the traditional Chinese medicine group,oral desquamate progesterone tablets,10mg,bid;The clinical main TCM symptom scores,secondary symptom scores,intrauterine embryo growth,intrauterine hemorrhage changes,and the clinical efficacy of the two treatment methods,dysmenorrhea history,abortion history and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Spss22.0 was used to process and analyze the data.Results:1.before treatment,the main TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients were not statistically significant（P>0.05）and were comparable.After treatment,in the data of the two groups,the difference between the two groups before and after treatment is statistically significant.After treatment,the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant.（T=2.018 P=0.048）2.before treatment,there was no statistical significance between the two groups of patients（P>0.05）,which was comparable.After treatment,in the two groups of data,the two groups of patients in the traditional Chinese medicine group and the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group had statistical significance before and after treatment.The comparison between the two groups after treatment has statistical significance.（T=4.33 P=0.0001）3.before treatment,the data of HCG,progesterone and estradiol E₂between the two groups were not statistically significant（P>0.05）and were comparable.After treatment,the data of the two groups were compared before and after treatment,and the data had statistical significance.Compared between the two groups,the two groups have statistical significance.4.After treatment,8 cases were cured,17 cases were markedly effective,5cases were ineffective,and the cure rate was 83.3%in the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group.15 cases were cured,7 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were ineffective,and the cure rate was 73.3%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.（P=0.0304）5.The number of patients with one abortion in TCM group is 12,the number of patients with two abortions is 8,the number of patients with three or more abortions is 7,the number of patients without abortion is only 3,the number of patients with one abortion in TCM and western medicine group is 21,the number of patients with two abortions is 5,the number of patients with three or more abortions is3,and the number of patients without abortion is 1.The number of abortions in both groups has certain correlation with clinical efficacy.（P<0.05）6.There were 26 patients with dysmenorrhea in the TCM group and 26patients with dysmenorrhea in the integrated TCM and western medicine group.Among them,patients without dysmenorrhea had obvious clinical effects.There was a certain correlation between dysmenorrhea and clinical efficacy in the two groups（P<0.05）.Conclusion:1.the combination of Chinese and Western medicine can improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the area of uterine hematoma and promote the growth of embryo.2.The history of dysmenorrhea and the history of abortion have a certain correlation with the clinical treatment effect.The patients with the history of dysmenorrhea and the more times of abortion,the worse the clinical treatment effect,3.The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is better than traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of threatened abortion combined with uterine hematoma.
