| Objective: This research by observing the threatened abortion patient their improvement of clinical symptoms,dynamic monitoring their serum progesterone,human chorionic gonadotropin(?—HCG)level and their gynecologic ultrasonography,evaluate the clinical effect treatment of“Jiawei Danggui Shaoyaosan”in patients with blood stasis type early threatened abortion.And through the monitoring of the levels of serum CA125 to understand its value in the change rule of early threatened abortion patients,to explore the serum CA125 in predicting the role of the pregnancy outcome in patients with early threatened abortion.Methods: 60 cases of early threatened abortion patients we used and randomly divided into three groups: 20 patients in the traditional Chines e medicine group treated with “Jiawei Danggui Shaoyaosan”;20 patients in the traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group,each given an intramuscular injection of progesterone(20mg);and 20 patients in the traditional Chinese and Western medicine group treated with both “Jiawei Danggui Shaoyaosan” and intramuscular injection of progestero ne(20 mg).The therapeutic result was compared between the three grou ps.The patients' levels of progesterone,human chorionic gonadotropin,and gynecologic ultrasonography were monitored regularly in order to observe embryonic development conditions.Evaluation of the clinical efficacy of all three treatment groups and its relationship to pregnancy ou tcome were made by monitoring the change in the process of CA125 trea tment situations.Results:In TCM symptoms score,all three groups showed obvious curative effects.The “traditional Chinese medicine group” compare to “traditional Chinese and Western medicine group”,P>0.05,had no st atistical significance;“The traditional Chinese medicine group compar e to “Western medicine group”,P<0.05,had significant difference;a significant difference between “the traditional Chinese and Western med icine group” and “Western medicine group”(P<0.05);on the improve ment of TCM symptoms score,“The traditional Chinese medicine grou p”and“the traditional Chinese and Western medicine group” was superio r to “Western medicine group”.After treatment,the progesterone and ?—HCG levels of all three groups of patients were increased,while CA125 decreased when comparing amongst groups P>0.05,showing no statistically significant difference amongst the three groups of curativ e effect indiscrimination.On the Chinese medicine symptom integral efficient,the Chinese medicine group had a total effect rate of 85%,with 5 patients who displayed recovery,10 patients who showed sharp impro vement,and 2 patients who showed steady improvement.The traditional Chinese and Western medicine group had a total effect rate of 90%,with 7 patients displaying recovery,8 patients who sharply improved,and 3 patients who showed steady improvement.The Western medicine group had a total effect rate of 80%,with 4 patients in recovery,3 patie nts sharply improved,and 9 patients showing steady improvement.Acco rding to statistic analysis,three groups was no statistically significant difference,P > 0.05,On clinical effectiveness,the Chinese medicine group had a total effective rate of 80%,with 6 patients recovered,9 pati ents with sharp improvement,and 1 patient are with steady improvemen t.The Western medicine group had a total effective rate of is 70%,with 5 patients recovered,4 patients with sharp improvement,and 5 patients with steady improvement.The Traditional Chinese and Western medici ne group had a total effective rate of 90%,with 9 patients recovered,8 patients with sharp improvement,and 1 patient with steady improvemen t.According to statistic analysis,three groups was no statistically signifi cant difference,P<0.05.Through statistical analysis,a significant differe nce was observed.The Chinese and Western medicine group curative effect showed the best results,followed by the traditional Chinese medic ine group,while the Western medicine group display the worst results.Before treatment,patients with a maintained pregnancy had lower levels of CA125 compared to abortion patients,P<0.05,difference was statisti cally significant.After treatment,maintained pregnancy patients had declined levels of CA125,while abortion patients had no obvious chang e,P>0.05,difference was no statistically significant.Conclusions:The clinical symptoms of Jiawei Danggui Shaoyaosan fetal leakage can improve fetal irritability,elevated serum P and ?-HCG level,serum CA125.The serum level of CA125 is high,the possibility of inevitable abortion;after miscarriage treatment CA125 decreased,the likelihood of success. |
