Clinical Observation Of Bushen Jianpi Antai Decoction Combined With Dydrogesterone In The Treatment Of Early Threatened Abortion With Spleen And Kidney Deficiency Syndrome

Objective : To observe the effect of Bushenjianpiantai Decotion on the early threatened abortion(ETA),and the the objective evaluation of the therapeutic effect and provide more evidence-based basis and train of thought.Methods : 60 early pregnancy,threatened abortion were connected from January to October 2019 patients in the gynecology clinic of first Affiliated Hospital of Hunan university of Traditional Chinese Medicine,were randomly divided into 60 cases selected into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.The control group with dydrogesterone tablets,the treatment group with bushenjianpiantai recipe combined with dydrogesterone tablets.One week as one course,and continuous observation of two courses.Dynamic monitoring of serum hormone levels(HCG,P,E2)and gynecological b-ultrasound,the clinical symptoms were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical comprehensive efficacy and TCM syndrome efficacy of the two groups were evaluated after treatment,the values were recorded for statistical analysis.Results :(1)comprehensive efficacy: Treatment group and control group total effective rate was 93.33% and 86.67%,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.006<0.01),the comprehensive efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(2)Efficacy of TCM symptoms: The TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment were statistical significance between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.01),and the two groups statistical significance between the two groups after treatment(P=0.002<0.01),the treatment group in improving clinical symptoms than the control group.(3)B-ultrasound curative effect: the effective rate of the treatment group was 96.67%,the effective rate of the control group was 86.67%,there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P=0.083>0.05).(4)Comparison of serum sex hormones: the serum levels of-HCG,P and E2 in the treatment group and the control group were statistical significance before and after treatment(P<0.01),the two groups no statistical significance between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion : the Bushenjianpiantai recipe has a good effect on the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs in patients with spleen kidney two falsely syndrome in early threatened abortion,and can improve the success rate of fetal preservation without side effects.
