| Objective:Observation of pearl burn ointment in the treatment of breast cancer flap necrosis wound healing healing effect,to find a good way to treat wound healing.Methods:Cases from June 2009-December 2016 during the visit in Jilin University,China-Japan union Hospital of breast surgery breast cancer postoperative skin flap necrosis incision patients.According to the principle of randomization,the patients who were treated with 252 cases of breast flap necrosis wound were treated as the object of study.All the patients were included in the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The random number table was used according to the patient's admission time,treatment group of 130 people,the control group of 122 people.Treatment group using pearl burn ointment treatment of breast cancer postoperative skin flap necrosis wound healing,the control group using saline gauze topical.Statistical analysis of the overall healing of the treatment group and the control group.In addition,the effects of systemic and local factors on the wound healing of breast flap in patients with breast cancer were investigated.During the dressing period,the wound healing and granulation tissue growth were observed in detail.Results:1.The overall healing rate of the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(p <0.05).2.In the less than 60 years old patients in the treatment group compared with the control group healing rate,was statistically significant(p<0.05);compared with the control group,the healing rate of the treatment group was greater than or equal to 60 years old,nor was statistically significant(p>0.05).3.Diabetic patients in the treatment group compared with the control group healing rate,not statistically significant(p> 0.05);non-diabetic patients in the treatment group compared with the control group,was statistically significant(p <0.05)4.Compared with the control group,the healing rate of obese patients was statistically significant(p <0.05).Non-obese patients in the treatment group compared with the control group,the same statistically significant(p <0.05).5.Wound healing size ? 5.0cm patients in the treatment group compared with the control group healing rate,was statistically significant(p <0.05);wound healing size> 5.0cm patients in the treatment group compared with the control group healing rate,not statistically significant(p> 0.05).Conclusion:1.Pearl burn ointment treatment of breast cancer postoperative flap necrosis wound healing can improve the overall healing rate.2.Pearl burn ointment for the treatment of non-elderly and obese patients with postoperative breast flap necrosis wound healing.3.For patients with breast cancer after surgery flap necrosis wound defect(width> 5.0cm),for the elderly women,diabetes diagnosis,pearl burn ointment effect is not obvious. |
