| Objective:to observe the effect of Pearl ointment on promoting the wound healing of the anal fissure and search for a more effective in promoting wound healing after opetion. Methods: to select randomly 60 cases of patients with anal fissure, the treatment group 30 cases were given ointment,the control group 30 cases were given Jiuhua Pearl Cream Dressing, 1 times/d. Detailed observations the change of the width, depth, pain, edema, granulation growth indicators during the wound dressing, and indicators to quantify the above score. Compared the average wound healing time , the dressing was changed before and after the symptoms and signs of clinical efficacy and overall efficacy between the two groups. Results: The treatment group and control group, the average healing time was (19.80±2.27) d and (21.90±3.24) d, the speed of the treatment group healed significantly faster than the control group (P<0.01); Dressing 6d, the treatment of pain effective rates were 93.33%, 90.00%, the treatment of edema in the effective rates were 88.46%, 96.00%, the efficacy of pain relief was better than the control group (P<0.05), the effect of eliminating edema is not obvious(P>0.05); Dressing 13d, the total effective rate was 100%, 96.67%, the total clinical efficacy of the two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05); 20d after the total cure rate was 90.00%, 63.33%, two groups of clinical total efficacy has significant difference(P<0.05), that is creeping in epithelial scar formation period, the Pearl is better than Jiuhua cream ointment. Conclusion: The Pearl ointment can Qingrejiedu, relieve pain, remove rot and produce muscle, can slow down the early symptoms such as pain, accelerate wound healing, especially in the age of scar formation and skin crawling has obvious curative effect.
