Clinical Observation Of Piyantang United Liquorice Oil For Extrnal Use To Treatment Hormone-dependence Dermatitis

Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy and safety of "Piyantang" united liquorice oil for the treatment of hormone-dependent dermatitis.Methods:Methods of random grouping,80 cases of hormone-dependent dermatitis were divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each group,therapy for eight weeks.Treatment group was given "Piyantang"united liquorice oil therapy,the control group given oral desloratadine citrate disodium tablets(BEIXUE)united liquorice oil therapy.Observe two groups of patients before treatment,4 weeks,8 weeks after treatment clinical symptoms.For statistical analysis.Results:In 8 weeks after treatment,treatment group(15 cases cured,12 cases excellent,8 cases effective,3 cases ineffective),the total effective rate was 92.11%.The control group(7 cases cured,9 cases excellent,12 cases effective,9 cases ineffective),the total effective rate was 75.68%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:1." Piyantang" united liquorice oil therapy can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients,has a significant curative effect for hormone-dependent dermatitis.2." Piyantang" united liquorice oil is a safe and effective method for treating hormone-dependent dermatitis.
