Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of“Piyantang”combined with prick bloodletting in the treatment of hormone-dependent dermatitis.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,109 cases of hormone-dependent dermatitis patients were randomly divided into 36 cases in the treatment group(group A),37 cases in the control group 1(group B)and 36 cases in the control group 2(group C)for 4 weeks of treatment.The treatment group was treated with Piyantang combined with prick bloodletting,the control group 1 was treated with Luohuazizhu tablet combined with prick bloodletting,and the control group 2 was treated with prick bloodletting.The every score of clinical symptoms,total scores and adverse reactions of the three groups were recorded at prior treatment,the first weekend,the second weekend,the third weekend,the fourth weekend.The data of each group were statistically analyzed and the curative effect was evaluated.Results:1.The total symptom scores at the same group of four weeks were all less than 0.01 by contrasting transversely.The total symptom scores in the same group were compared in two periods of time,and the results showed that there were all significant differences between any two periods(P<0.01).The total symptom scores of the three groups at the same time after treatment were all less than 0.01 by contrasting vertically.The total symptom scores of two groups at the same time after treatment were compared,the results showed that the total symptom score of the treatment group was always significantly better than that of the control group 1 and 2 within 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.01).Within 2 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in the total symptom scores between the control group 1 and the control group 2(P>0.05),but the total symptom scores in the control group 1 was better than that in the control group 2 within 3 and 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05,P<0.01).2.At the first weekend after treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment group,the control group 1 and the control group 2 were 33.33%,18.92%,11.11%.At the second weekend after treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment group,the control group 1 and the control group 2 were 55.56%,32.43%,19.44%.At the third weekend after treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment group,the control group 1 and the control group 2 were 75.00%,43.24%,25.00%.At the fourth weekend after treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment group,the control group 1 and the control group 2 were 86.11%,59.46%,33.33%.At 4 time observation points,the efficacy of the three groups was compared by contrasting vertically at the same time,except the first weekend after treatment,the results showed that p>0.05,and the results of the three groups were all p<0.01 at other time points that was a significant difference.The efficacy of the three groups was compared in pairs at the same time,and it was found that only the comparison results of group A and group C at the first weekend after treatment were p<0.05.At the second and third weekend after treatment,the comparison results of group A and group B,group A and group C were all p<0.05.At the fourth weekend after treatment,the comparison results of group A and group B,group A and group C,group B and group C were all p<0.05.The efficacy of the three groups on the other periods was compared in pairs and the results were all p>0.05.3.The laboratory indexes of 109 patients during the course of treatment were not significantly abnormal as compared with those before treatment.In the symptom index,there were 2 cases about diarrhea in the treatment group at the third weekend after treatment,which may be related to the cooling blood medicine to stimulate the spleen.The patients were told to add 3 ginger tablets and 5 jujube tablets in each dose of traditional Chinese medicine and cook them together,that the symptoms were relieved after taking the medicine.Before treatment,the control group 1 and control group 2 found one patient with fear of acupuncture respectively,after patient persuasion by the doctor,they were given warm water and music treatment to relax their mood and then cooperated normally.Conclusions:1.The symptom score of hormone-dependent dermatitis patients can be reduced significantly in the treatment of "Piyantang" combined with prick bloodletting.2."Piyantang" combined with prick bloodletting is an effective and safe therapy for hormone-dependent dermatitis.
