Clinical Study Of Tqmm ? Combined With Kudiezi Iontophoresis On The Protective Effect Of Glaucomatous Optic Nerves

In this study,we studied the protective effect of TQMM IV combined with Kudiezi iontophoresis on the primary angle-closure glaucoma optic nerve of in patients with liver qi stagnation by visual acuity,visual field and changes of retinal nerve fiber layer thickness(RNFLT).Objective:Based on TQMM ?,to study the effectiveness of combining Kudiezi iontophoresi whether help the stagnation of liver Qi type glaucoma optic atrophy of the optic nerve protection.Methods:From March 2016 to December 2016,Collected patients who treat in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine ophthalmology clinic.The patients must diagnosis of primary angle-closure glaucoma optic nerve atrophy which belong to liver qi stagnation syndrome for the study.35 patients(60 eyes)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Among them,18 patients(32 eyes)were treated in the treatment group,and the bitter plate ion was introduced into the joint group.The control group of 17 patients(28 eyes)TQMM ? oral.Continuous treatment for 28 days.Before and after treatment to observe two sets of vision,vision,RNFLT and liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome of TCM syndrome index changes,statistical analysis,evaluation of curative effect.Results:(1)Two groups after treatment eyesight was improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After the treatment,two groups of comparison,the visual difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.(2)Two set of vision were improved after treatment(P<0.05),there is statistical significance;The treatment group is better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)There are differences between the RNFL thickness of the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The treatment group of syndromes change of the total effective rate was 83.33%,the control of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome change the total effective rate was 88.24%,two groups after treatment of TCM syndrome is no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:TQMM ? combined with Kudiezi iontophoresi has protective effect on the optic nerve atrophy of optic nerve atrophy in glaucoma with qi stagnation and qi stagnation,and the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.TQMM ? may improve the optic nerve retinal blood circulation,improve the excitability of optic nerve cells,prevent optic ganglion cell apoptosis and play a neuroprotective effect.
