Objective:To investigate the protective effect of Chinese medicine therapy of glaucoma after intraocular pressure control and analyze the difference comparing with the control group. Methods:Eye Hospital of China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Oriental Hospital of2011and2012out-patient primary open-angle glaucoma, primary angle-closure glaucoma and normal tension glaucoma patients for the study, summarize the case for a total of60cases (120), in which treatment group of30patients (60), giving Qijudihuang granules for oral3. Control group of30patients (60) adenosine cobalt amines continuous oral administration of three months. Visual field changes before and after the determination of treatment group therapy, visual field change in the control group before and after treatment. Results:Vision to improve the treatment group before and after treatment in25eyes, stable35eyes, deteriorating0eye, with41%efficiency; vision to improve the control group were24eyes, stable36eyes, deteriorating0eye, efficiency40%. Each group before and after treatment, P<0.05, statistically significant difference. Vision improve after treatment between the two groups compared to the situation P>0.05, no significant difference. Conclusion:Qijudihuang granules have optic nerve protective effect, which can improve the control of intraocular pressure and the stability of the visual field of glaucoma patients. Qijudihuang granules in improving the vision side, and adenosine cobalt amines was no significant difference (p>0.05), indicating both considerable efficacy in improving vision, protection of optic nerve function. |
