The Effect Of Tongqiaomingmu ? On The Optic Nerve Protection Of Primary Glaucoma With Liver Depression

Objective:To observe the effect of tongqiaomingmu IV and Xiaoyao Powder on the optic nerve protection of primary glaucoma of liver depression type,and to provide the best prescription for the optic nerve protection of glaucoma.Methods:From March 2019 to December 2019,40 patients(83 eyes)who met the diagnostic criteria of primary glaucoma in the outpatient department and ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine were selected,belonging to the syndrome of stagnation of liver qi.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(24 cases)(46 eyes)and control group(21 cases)(37 eyes)The treatment group was given TQMM IV,1 dose daily,warm in the morning and evening,28 days in a row.The control group was given XYS,1 dose daily,warm in the morning and evening,28 days in a row.After treatment,observe the changes of vision,visual field and TCM Syndromes of OCT in the two groups.The results were processed by SPSS23.0 software packageResults:1.The total effective rates of the control group and the treatment group were 18.0%and 73.2%,respectively,with significant differences2.After treatment,the visual acuity of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(p=0.044<0.05)3.At the end of the course,RNFLT in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(p?0.02<0.05).After the test before and after the treatment,p=0.000(p<0.05),with statistical significance;after the test before and after the treatment in the control group,p=0.265>0.05,without statistical significance4.After treatment,MD in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,p=0.04<0.05,with significant difference5.After treatment,there was no significant difference between the control group and the treatment group(p=0.564>0.05)Conclusion:Tongqiaomingmu ? and Xiaoyaosan can protect the optic nerve of primary glaucoma with liver depression.The therapeutic effect of tongqiaomingmu ? is better than Xiaoyaosan,which plays an important role in strengthening the protection of optic nerve.As a more effective prescription for glaucoma optic nerve protection,Tongqiao Mingmu ? has a broader application prospect in clinical practice.
