Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Gubiao granules on children with repeated upper respiratory tract infection(lung-spleen qi deficiency syndrome). Methods:A total of 110 children diagnosed with recurrent upper respiratory tract infections and meeting the TCM Pulmonary Spleen Qi Deficiency Syndrome at the outpatient department of Hebei Children’s Hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were taken as the research objects. The 110 numbers were randomly divided into treatment groups and controls. There were 55 in each group, which were numbered according to the order of children’s visits and entered the treatment group or control group. The treatment group was given Yiqi Gubiao granules, and the control group was given oral lyophilized powder of spleen aminopeptide. The treatment course of both groups was 2 months, followed up for 6 months.Efficacy was evaluated by recording the number of episodes, course of disease,T cell subsets, serum immunoglobulins, and TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment in the two groups of children. The data were processed and analyzed using SPSS 23.0 statistical software. Results:With the exception of 10 cases falling out and excluding 10cases,the number of 100 cases(50 cases in the treatment group and 50 in the control group)was finally completed. Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the number of onsets, duration of disease,TCM syndrome scores, and laboratory test indicators between the two groups of children. After treatment, the incidence of onset, duration,TCM syndrome scores, and The levels of CD8+decreased before treatment, and the levels of Ig A,Ig G,Ig M,CD3+,and CD4+all increased to varying degrees. Before treatment, the Chinese medicine group was better than the western medicine group in improving various indicators. After treatment, the clinical efficacy of the Chinese medicine group And TCM syndromes were more effective than Western medicine group. Conclusion:Yiqi Gubiao granules can reduce the number of repeated upper respiratory tract infections, reduce the course of the disease, and improve the symptoms of hyperhidrosis, spontaneous sweating, lack of complexion, and lack of appetite in children with lung and spleen qi deficiency type.By regulating Ig A,Ig G,Ig M and CD3+,CD4+,CD8+levels to improve immune function, indicating that Yiqi Gubiao particles can improve the condition and immune function of children with repeated upper respiratory tract infection of deficiency of lung and spleen qi to a certain extent.
