Objective: To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Zisheng jianpi decoction acupoint in treating children with anorexia due to spleen-stomach qi deficiency,so as to provide more theoretical basis for treating anorexia with decoction. Methods: 72 children with anorexia due to spleen-stomach qi deficiency were selected, and all the children were randomly divided into 36 cases in each group in order of 1-72.The treatment group was given Zisheng Jianpi prescription acupoint application, and the time and amount of dressing were determined according to the age and physical acceptance of the children. The control group took bifidobacterium trifecta tablets and zinc gluconate oral solution orally, and the treatment was completed after 30 days.Venous blood was extracted before and after treatment to detect the trace element zinc?levels of hemoglobin and immunoglobulin IgA,and the changes of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Appetite, food intake, body weight, complexion, fatigue and defecation were taken as observation syndromes, and the scores of the two groups of syndromes were compared before and after treatment to evaluate the comprehensive efficacy.Results:1.After treatment, the scores of appetite, food intake, body weight, complexion and fatigue in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).In terms of stool score(P>0.05),the two groups had the same efficacy, the difference was not statistically significant.2.The levels of hemoglobin, and immunoglobulin IgA in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group after treatment, indicatingthat the effect of the treatment group was better, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In improving the level of trace element zinc, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.After treatment, the total syndrome score of the two groups was compared. The total syndrome score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Compared with the control group, the effective rate of the treatment group was higher(94.44% vs 82.35%),indicating that the effect of the treatment group was better, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.During the treatment, none of the 70 children had abnormal safety indicators, and only one child had skin itch, indicating that no serious adverse reactions were found in the treatment regimen.Conclusion:1.Both groups of treatment methods can improve appetite,food-intake,complexion,fatigue,weight and stool of anorexia in children with spleen-stomach qi deficiency, but the treatment group is better than the control group in terms of appetite,food-intake,complexion,fatigue and weight, and the two groups have the same curative effect in terms of stool improvement.2.Both groups of treatment methods can improve the levels of hemoglobin, immunoglobulin IgA and trace element zinc, but the treatment group is superior to the control group in improving the levels of hemoglobin and immunoglobulin IgA,and the two groups have the same curative effect in improving trace element zinc.3.Zi Sheng Jianpi Fang acupoint application had no serious adverse reactions.
