Objectives: To explore the relativity between the TCM syndrome and the relative factor of incidence of recurrent respiratory infection in children, in order to provide the basis on the dialectical in the treatment of TCM.Methods: Through the unification of the survey, Collect the four diagnostic information in children in line with the TCM and Western diagnostic criteria,establish the database,analysis the relative data,Analysis of different factors and different pathogenic symptoms.Results: In the 350 cases investigated in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection is the lung spleen were 180 cases; lung and stomach heat syndrome were 102cases; is Qi Deficiency were 18 cases; is a weak card by the kidney and bone 20 cases; and the syndrome of yingweishihe is 30 cases. The statistical analysis, repeated respiratory infection syndromes with sex, age, age of first onset, birth season, feeding history, a good season, personal history of allergies, parental smoking, infant diarrhea, are no significant correlation (P> 0.05), but not with duration of disease, births, pregnancy conditions, good fat hour, attack severity, family asthma / allergy history, mode of delivery, body type were significantly correlated (P <0.05).Conclusion:Recurrent respiratory tract infection syndromes and course of disease, births, pregnancy situation, attack hour, attack severity, family asthma /allergy history, mode of delivery, body type related to the clinical syndrome should refer to the above factors, in order to improve the differentiation factor to improve Clinical Treatment level.Recurrent respiratory tract infection syndromes and course of disease, births, pregnancy situation, attack hour, attack severity, family asthma /allergy history, mode of delivery, body type related to the clinical syndrome should refer to the above factors, in order to improve the differentiation factor to improve Clinical Treatment level.
