Objective:Clinical observation and exploration of the effica-cy of Quzhi Pingcuo Decoction in the treatment of gastrointesti-nal damp-heat type acne vulgaris.Methods:According to Chinese medicine theory and clinical research to select 70 patients with gastrointestinal damp-heat t-ype acne vulgaris.According to the order of treatment and usin-g the method of randomized controlled,the selected patients we-re divided into treatment group of 35 cases and 35 cases of co-ntrol group.The treatment group was treated with Quzhi Pingcu-o Decoction and the control group was treated with taking Viam-inate capsules.4 weeks for a course of treatment,and a total of 2 courses of treatment.To observe the integrals of skin lesions-and clinical syndromes before and after clinical treatment.Data statistics are used by SSPS20.0 software analysis and processin-g.Results:Quzhi Pingcuo Decoction can effectively reduce th-e points of skin lesions and clinical syndrome score.Using the method of syndrome differentiation and treatment of the disease is a effective treament approach.Clinical observation results sh-ow that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.43%,while it was 77.14%in the control group.Comparison of the two groups of data has significant differences,and it was stati-stically significant(p<0.05).Conclusions:Quzhi Pingcuo Decoction is a effective prescri p-tion for the treatment of gastrointestinal damp-heat type facial acne vulgaris,and its effcaicy is better than viaminate capsules.
