Clinical Observation Of Wu's Pingcuo Decoction In The Treatment Of Acne Vulgaris(Damp-heat Syndrome)

Objective:Through observed by control the clinical efficacy of Wu's Pingcuo decoction in the treatment of acne vulgaris(dampness-heat syndrome),and evaluated its advantages and disadvantages,which to broaden the understanding of the treatment of acne vulgaris(dampness-heat syndrome),so as to better guide the treatment of this disease.Methods: In this trial,72 patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 36)and control group(n = 36).The treatment group was given Wu's Pingcuo decoction combined with fossilic acid cream applied externally,and the control group was given the tanshinone capsule orally with the fusidic acid cream for external use.Revisit once a week,and the total course of treatment was 4 weeks,and the clinical observation indexes and clinical syndrome scores of skin lesions were recorded before,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,and timely recording of adverse reactions and related treatment measures.After the course of treatment,the clinical recovery and effective cases were followed up for 1 month,once a week.All data were statistically processed using SPSS22.0,then analyzed and discussed the significance of the data results which to draw a conclusion.Results:1.The results showed that in the treatment group,2 cases were cured,22 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 87.88%,and the effective rate was 72.73%.In the control group,4 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective,the effective rate was 78.13%,and the effective rate was 43.75%.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate(P= 0.30 > 0.05).The more significant the efficiency was,the difference was statistically significant(c2=5.618,(49)= 0.018<0.05).2.There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups.There were no recurrences in the 2 patients who were cured in the treatment group,and 2 recurrence cases occurred in the 4 patients who were cured in the control group.The recurrence rate was accurately tested by Fisher,The recurrence of the two groups was accurately tested by Fisher,P=0.467>0.05.Conclusion: In this study,the two treatment regimens have good therapeutic effects on patients with acne vulgaris(damp-heat syndrome),and no serious adverse reactions have been observed.However,because the treatment group has a higher rate of cure and efficiency,the treatment scheme can be further studied with a view to popularizing and applying the treatment plan to the patients with acne vulgaris(dampness-heat syndrome).
