Clinical Observation Of Pingcuo Decoction Combined With Isotretinoin Erythromycin Gel For Mild To Moderate Acne Vulgaris

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy,safety and recurrence of Pingcuo decoction combined with topical isotretinoin erythromycin gel in the treatment of mild to moderate(pulmonary and gastric heat type)acne.Methods:Using a randomized control method,a total of 80 cases were included in this study: divided into a treatment group and a control group,40 cases in each group.The treatment group used Pingcuo decoction combined with external isotretinoin erythromycin gel;the control group used isotretinoin erythromycin gel alone.The total treatment course for the two groups was 4 weeks.Observe and record the patient's skin lesions and TCM syndrome scores and adverse events before treatment,1 week after treatment,2 weeks after treatment,3 weeks after treatment,and 4 weeks after treatment.After 4 weeks of treatment,the final efficacy judgment was made.In this study,SPSS 23.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the two groups of data.Result:The final number of clinical trials completed was 77 patients,including 39 in the treatment group and 38 in the control group.(1)After 4 weeks of treatment,a statistical analysis of the total effective rate of treatment was performed,P <0.05,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.It shows that Pingcuo decoction combined with isotretinoin erythromycin gel can effectively treat mild to moderate(pulmonary and stomach heat type)acne than isotretinoin erythromycin gel alone.(2)After 4 weeks of treatment,a statistical analysis of the improvement of skin lesions was performed,P <0.05,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant,indicating that Pingcuo decoction combined with isotretinoin erythromycin gel is better than isotori A alone Erythromycin gel can effectively improve the skin lesions of patients with mild to moderate acne.(3)After 4 weeks of treatment,a statistical analysis of the improvement of TCM syndromes was performed,P <0.05,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant,indicating that Pingcuo decoction combined with isotretinoin erythromycin gel is better than isotonic alone Erythromycin A acid gel can effectively improve TCM syndromes.(4)For the analysis of safety and adverse reactions before and after treatment,P <0.05,the difference is statistically significant,indicating that Pingcuo Decoction combined with isotretinoin erythromycin gel has good safety and few adverse reactions.(5)A comparative analysis of the recurrence rates of the two groups after follow-up revealed that P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that Pingcuo decoction combined with isotretinoin erythromycin gel is more effective than isotretinoin erythromycin gel Low relapse rate...
