Objective:To observe the short-term and long-term curative effect of acupoint injection combined with acupuncture on primary hemifacial spasm,to observe the improvement of spasticity and cure rate, and to provide new therapies for the treatment of primary hemifacial spasm. Methods:Forty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the simple digital table method,20 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with acupoint injection, acupuncture to local acupoints(7)and distal acupoints(1)combination.Acupuncture needle after the needle 30min,every 10min line needle 1min,acupuncture after the end of acupoint injection.Agent is selected from the group gastrodin in one(2ml,0.2g).2%Lidocaine injection 0.5 ml(5 mL:0.1 g).A vitamin B12 injection(1mL:0.5mg).Each hole injection 0.3ml,1 time per day,1 week for a course of treatment.Without a break between courses.A total of 3 courses of treatment. The control group was given acupuncture alone, the acupoints and acupuncture were treated with the same treatment group.1 time per day,1 week for a course of treatment.Without a break between courses.A total of 3 courses of treatment. Before and after treatment were recorded in two groups of patients with Cohen classification,Penn classification, changes in symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,to assess the short-term efficacy. After 3 months of follow-up treatment, the patients were assessed for Cohen classification,Penn classification, changes in TCM symptom scores, and the long-term efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:1.In the treatment group,Cohen grading,Penn scores, and TCM scores which were compared before and after treatment were more valuable(p<0.01);Classification of control group before and after Cohen,Penn comparison grading,TCM symptom scores was statistically significant(p<0.05).At the end of treatment, compared with the two groups,Cohen grading comparison,Penn classification,TCM symptoms score was significant(p<0.05).Indicating that in the recent spastic remission, the improvement of symptoms in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.2.The total effective rate(90.00%)in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.00%).The difference between the two groups was significant(p<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.3.At the end of 3 months after treatment, the treatment group relapsed in 0 and the control group relapsed in 2.Between the group after treatment and the group3 months after the end of the comparison classification,Cohen grade,Penn grade,TCM symptom score which the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group, suggesting that the treatment group in the long-term efficacy is better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Acupuncture and Point Injection Treatment of muscle spasm primary efficacy face recognition.2.Acupuncture combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of primary hemifacial spasm in patients with long-term effect was significant.
