Bronchial asthma (bronchial asthma) referred to asthma, also known as allergic airway inflammation, on eosinophil infiltration-based, multi-inflammatory cell-mediated chronic allergic inflammation disease. The recurrence of bronchial asthma will cause airway epithelial damage and lead to irreversible airway constriction. It will trouble the life of the patients and affect their health.Glucocorticoid has been the effective drug to treat asthma so far. It can improve lung function in patients with asthma and quality of life. But for long-term glucocorticoid hormones can have side effects. it shows weakness, muscle atrophy, central obesity to the moon face, buffalo back, causing patients can not adhere to medication.Injectio ad acumen is a treatment combining with traditional Chinese and western medicine. It has significant clinical effects, rapid results, simple, saving drugs, to facilitate the promotion of the advantages. Feishu and dazui points are main points for treating asthma. They treat various respiratory diseases, such as pneumonia, bronchitis, tuberculosis and so on. Part one: determine of acupoint we use digital multimeter to test the acupuncture and skin resistance of hugu point, 0.5cm, 1.0cm, 1.5cm in human body. It proves that the point resistance is lower than resistance of non-point. It shows that determining the point by the resistance is feasible. By measuring resistor values of the reference point and 2mm, 4mm, 8mm, 1cm on rat, we determine feishu and dazhui points. So we can learn that determining the point from atlas in the past is error. We can say that determining the point by low resistance is more scientific.Part two: The establishment on the method of Dexamethasone in plasma and tissues by HPLC we use dexamethasone sodium phosphate as a tool drug and hydrocortisone as the internal standard. We determine the method of HPLC. The results show that plasma and tissues of the recoveries are in the over 95% and the precision experiments with RSD of withinday and betweenday are all less than 5%. Samples in 96 hours is stable. It shows that the method is accurate, reliable and consistent with experiment.Part three: The distribution and pharmacokinetics of desamethasone by point, intravenous and intramuscular injection we test the drug distribution and pharmacokinetics of rat through point, intravenous and intramuscular injection by HPLC. The study of body distribution shows that the drug concentration in plasma by point injection is lowest, but in liver, lung, kidney is highest. The study of pharmacokinetics shows that the concentration in plasma at 0.17,0.5,1,2,4,8 hours by point injection is lower than other two, but the concentration in liver, lung, spleen and kidney tissue is higher. The drug distribution in lung is second high. It shows that point injection affects the drug distribution in tissues and pharmacokinetics parameters.The experiment improves that we can determine the point through resistor values. Based on skin resistance, we use the method of acupuncture resistance to determine the point, it is more accurate to determine the point of the location. Then we establish the method of HPLC to test the concentration of dexamethasone in plasma and tissues. We improve that point injection affects the drug distribution in tissues and pharmacokinetics parameters, it improves the drug distribution in the lungs, is conducive to the treatment of asthma.
