Observation Of Therapeutic Effect Of Modifies Tongluozhibi Decoction In Differential Treating KOA

Background:With the ongoing level of Aging Population,a raising tend of KOA is surfacing.With the continuous progress of cases growing in age and illness,we are going to see more and more joint deformity and dysfunction,advanced osteoarthritis of the knee high disability rate,and severely affected patients' daily life,physical and mental health of patients with serious threats.According to preliminary clinical study concludes,There's a really good harvest with the early effective treatment to improve the patients' symptoms and improve life quality of patients As a result,using a decoction to early disease of flexible security interventions for the treatment of this disease has a very important significance.The purpose of this study is to clarify the clinical observation of Tongluozhibi Decoction combined with injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and then to explore this clinical treatment.All is expected to provide patients with more safe and effective treatment.Objective:By observing the gait analysis data and the VAS pain visual analogue scale and the Lequesne index score,the clinical observation of the energy efficiency of KOA after Tongluozhibi Decoction was confirmed by clinical evaluation.The clinical and experimental evaluation system was used to confirm the application of traditional Chinese medicine The Advantages of Treating KOA with Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment System.Methods:A total of 120 eligible cases were collected and divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method.Among them,60 cases were treated and 60 cases in the control group.The treatment group is treated by syndrome differentiation with using modifies Tongluozhibi Decoction.The contrast group is treated with Tenghuangjiangu Pills.The treatment time is 6 weeks.Each group has taken Visual Analog Scale(VAS score),Lequesne Knee Osteoarthritis Severity Index score and gait analysis before and after treatment,to observe of therapeutic effect of Modifies Tongluozhibi Decoction in differential treating KOAResults:1.The VAS score was lower in the two groups after treatment,with a P value less than 0.01;and the score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Indicating that the treatment group's treatment measures can be more effective in relieving patients with subjective pain.2.The Lequesne score showed that the scores of the two groups were lower after treatment,P<0.01;the score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group and P<0.01.Indicating that the treatment group's measures can significantly improve the patient suffering from knee function,providing a good moving to change life.The gait parameters showed that the gait parameters were improved compared with those before treatment,and the P value was less than 0.01,and the improvement of the walking ability and balance ability of the treatment group was stronger than that of the control group.So the treatment group's treatment measures can significantly improve the patient walking ability,indirectly,a significant effect of treatment.Conclusion:1.Modified Tongluozhibi Decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can significantly improve the subjective symptoms of knee osteoarthritis in patients,and can improve the patient walking attitude.2.Based on the treatment of sodium hyaluronate at the same time,the treatment group using the syndrome differentiation after oral administration of Tongluozhibi Decoction method is better than the control group with pure Chinese medicine-Tenghuangjiangu Pills.
