Three Sub-Yin Decoction Clinical Observation Of Essential Hypertension Associated With Carotid Artery Atherosclerosis

Objectives:This research mainly observes the influnce to homocysteine, super sensitivec-reactive protein, central arterial pressure and blood lipid of the primory hyp--ertension patients associated with Carotid artery atherosclerosis，which is m--ade by Three sub-Yin Decoction,and discusses related mechanism of Threesub-Yin Decoction acting on resistance to atherosclerosis.Methods:Sixty patients are Chosen with the standard of primary hypertension diseaseand Carotid artery atherosclerosis proved by carotid color pler ultrasonic,whoare Randomly divided into two groups each group containing30cases and m--ainly come from the cardiovascular ward of Wuhan first hospital from July,2012to Octorber,2012. The treatment group adds Three sub-Yin Decoction onthe basis of the conventional western medicine treatment,and the Control gro--up is only treated with conventional western medicine.The treatment is3mo--nths. The following Projects are observed Respectively the before treatmentand after treatment: TCM symptoms curative effect, traditional Chinese med--icine syndrome integral,Hcy,UCRP, Center arterial pressure and blood fat(TG,TC,HDL,LDL).The data are statistically analyzed with SPSS13.0.Results:1.Clinical symptom According to the two groups determine the treatmenteffect in TCM Syndromes scores and the decreased level of Symptom scores.Group of Integrated raditional and western before treament low levelafter clinical symptoms decrease obviously (P<0.01),group of Integratedwestern clinical symptoms compared with before and after treament issignificant difference in clinical symptom (P<0.05),but the effect is poor;thegroup of integrated traditional and western powerfully cases significantlyhigher than that in group of integrated western(P<0.05),invalid casesobviously lower than in group of integrated western(P<0.05).2.Hcy Hcy of the two groups goes down,and the treatment group is lowerthan the control group(P<0.05).3.UCRP The data of UCRP after the treatment are both decreased,and thetreament group is more than the control group,which makes sense.4.Center arterial pressure The data of center arterial pressure in the twogroups aftet the treatment are both lower than before.Compared with thecontrol group,the treatment group has a significant difference(P<0.05).5.Blood fat The following data that is TG,TC,HDL,LDL,after thetreatment are both decent.The treatment group is lower than the controlgroup(P<0.05).LDL of the two groups after the treatment is up(P<0.01),andthe treatment group is more pronounced(P<0.05).Conclusion:Three sub-Yin Decoction can improve clinical symptom and decrease level ofSymptom scores of heart disease patients.It can also regulate lipidmetabolism,suppress inflammation as well as reduce Hcy and center arterialpressure,thus it can postpone and improve the symptom of arteriosclerosis.Itfollows that Three sub-Yin Decoction has the function of athemsclemsis toimprove the quality of patient’s life.
