Objective The observation of Qianjinweijing decoction and qingjinhuatan Decoction combined with routine western medicine in the treatment of AECOPD was for find the better efficacy of combined treatment of TCM and Western Medicine.Methods 120 patients was cured in our hospital from June 2015 to January 2016.who is diagnosed the syndrome of phlegm-heat accumulated in the lung of cough, were divided into two groups:treatment group were treated with the treatment of combination of TCM with Western medicine therapy; control group were treated with routine western medicine therapy, they were followed up 20d. The general information of two groups of patients and pulmonary function.TCM Syndrom, clinical efficacy, quality of life were observed. They were compared between the two groups..Results There were 50 patients for complete the follow-up and 10 patients of loss-to-follow-up in the control group, including 28 males and 22 females, average age of (61.57±5.26)years.26 patients with smoking,40 patients with respiratory tract infection,30 patients with lung rales, average duration of (28.54±3.79)months. There were 53 patients for complete the follow-up and 7 patients of loss-to-follow-up in the observation group, including 34 males and 19 females, average age of (60.61±7.21)years,32 patients with smoking,45 patients with respiratory tract infection,43 patients with lung rales, average duration of (29.63±3.82)months. There was no significant differences comparison in the general information of the two groups (P>0.05). The average values of FEV1%, FEV,/FVC, SGRQ and TCM symptoms of cough and sputum, asthma score and symptom total score was (73.58±5.40)%, (55.08±6.13)%, (54.18±4.79)point, (2.82±0.87), (2.54±0.93), (2.24±0.74)and (19.42±5.65) in the control group after treatment. The average values of FEV1%, FEV1/FVC, SGRQ and TCM symptoms of cough and sputum, asthma score and symptom total score was(78.15±6.70)%, (58.30±4.86)%, (52.19±5.01) points, (2.82±0.87), (2.54±0.93), (2.24±0.74) and (19.42±5.65) in the observation group after treatment. The other various indicators of the two groups after treatment were significant differences compared with them before treatment (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the two groups were high, they were 80.0% and 96.2%. The various indicators of the two groups were not statistically significant compared with each other before treatment (P>0.05). The FEV1% and FEV1/FVC of the observation group after treatment was higher than the control group, there were significant differences (P<0.05).The average values of SGRQ. TCM symptoms of cough and sputum, asthma score and symptom total score of the observation group after treatment was lower than the control group, there were significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion The first, the western routine treatment and combined treatment of TCM and Western Medicine of increased use of qianjinweijing decoction combined with qingjinhuatan decoction treatment of exacerbations of AECOPD can obtain good clinical curative effect. They are available for AECOPD patients of phlegm-heat accumulated in the lung. The second, combined treatment of TCM and Western Medicine of increased use of qianjinweijing decoction combined with qingjinhuatan decoction treatment of exacerbations of AECOPD can improve the clinical symptoms, enhance pulmonary function and improven the quality of life of patientsm, It can provide a clinical basis for the treatment of COPD in clinical.
