| Objective To observe the clinical effect and blood CCK and MLT of Dachaihu decoction in treating bile reflux gastritis with biliary and gastric heat stagnation syndrome,to observe the curative effect of Dachaihu decoction on the bile-regurgitation gastritis,and to explore the effect of Dachaihu decoction on the ecpression of CCK and MLT and its possible mechanism,and to give full play to the therapeutic advantages of Chinese medicine.Methods In this study,60 patients with cholestatic bile reflux gastritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Each group of 30 patients were treated with Dachaihu Decoction and the control group Domperidone tablets combined with aluminum magnesium carbonate tablets were treated for 8 weeks for a course of treatment.The two groups of patients were observed in the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,the total score of traditional Chinese medicine,the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine single points,endoscopic bile reflux grading,endoscopic bile reflux relief effect,plasma CCK,MLT levels and other indicators,the final data into the computer,Database,and then use SPSS20.0 statistical software for analysis,draw conclusions.Results The total effective rate is 93.33%in the treatment group,which is significantly higher than that in the control group is 73.33%(P<0.05).The total score of TCM symptoms is 7.92±7.75 and 13.57±9.61 in the control group at the end of the experiment(P<0.01),but the treatment group is superior to the control group(P<0.05).The two groups in the "epigastric pain burning" "abdominal distension and abdomen" "mouth dry mouth bitter" "heartburn noisy""pantothenic acid"(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group is 93.33%,which is significantly higher than that of the control group(73.33%)(P<0.05),and the control group is better than the control group(P<0.05).There is no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of bile reflux after gastrectomy.Compared to the plasma MLT values before and after treatment,both groups improved,with the treatment group278.70±11.24over the control group 234.17±8.19(P<0.01).Compared to the plasma CCK,the two groups declined,and the treatment group 150.90±15.95 is lower than the control group 165.90±12.32.The difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).Two groups of patients before and after treatment of blood urinary manure and other related safety tests are no significant abnormalities.Conclusion The results show that Dachaihu decoction is an effective method for the treatment of Blie Reflux Gastritis with biliary and gastric heat stagnation syndrome,and its mechanism may be related to the regulation of plasma MLT and CCK levels. |
