The Clinical Observation Of Qing Gan Ning Wei Decoction In The Treatment Of Primary Bile Reflux Gastritis (Heat Stagnation Of Liver And Stomach)

Objective:The research topics mainly studies the clinical curative effect of Qing Gan Ning Wei Decoction in the treatment of PBRG(Heat stagnation of liver and stomach),and provides the objective basis for the future clinical application.Method:From March 2015 to March 2016,Select 38 cases of PBRG patients(heat stagnation of liver and stomach),who received treatment in the outpatient clinic of First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine,The 38 patients were given Qing Gan Ning Wei Decoction,The drug is provided by the Tianjiang Granule drug administration of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine.Mixing it with 150ml warm water, twice daily oral,30 minutes before breakfast and dinner,the period of the treatment is eight weeks.To observe the change of clinical curative effect and symptom score,bile reflux under endoscopy before and after treatment.The results were statistically analyzed.Results:After the treatment of Qing Gan Ning Wei Decoction,The total effective rate was 86.84%,The total effective rate of gastric mucosa was 89.47%,the total effective rate of bile reflux was 94.74%,and the total effective rate of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome was 89.47%.In the total score of Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome,post-treatment is significantly decreased than pretherapy(P< 0.01).In the TCM syndrome of single integral,after treatment, the patients in stomach ache or pain channeling flanks,gastral cavity ruffian is full,emotional depression,acid regurgitation and heartburn,bitter taste and halitosis,nausea and vomit, ructus and constipation,compared with pretherapy,the integral scores are declined,there were significant statistical difference(P< 0.01).Conclusion:1.Qing Gan Ning Wei Decoction can obviously improve chinese medicine syndrom of PBRG patients with stagnated heat of liver and stomach.2.Qing Gan Ning Wei Decoction can improve endoscopic gastric inflammation and bile reflux of PBRG patients with stagnated heat of liver and stomach.
